GoogleI have been very impressed with the services of CJ Hole Letting Agents. Ciaran was very efficient, estimated a good rental price and from the time that I contacted him, he had marketed the property and provided 2 very good candidates to select from, all by the same time the following week. CJ Hole has also been professional and efficient with the moving in process and the tenants have now moved in with no hassle at my end.

GoogleProfessional, efficient and friendly service. Colin was fantastic from start to finish, cannot fault him. Finding a good agency can be challenging, especially with the stress and competition of the rental market in Bristol, but CJ hole have been fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleThe whole team at CJ Hole were excellent throughout the sale of my mother's house, following her death. An acceptable offer was received very quickly after viewings commenced, and then Sommer kept me informed regularly on the status of the sale. Very highly recommended.

GoogleCJ Hole, Ben and especially Ashley made our (sometimes challenging) move so much better. We had some issues with chains breaking and solicitor procrastination but Ashley called us every single week with an update on the situation and how she was helping to resolve it. She was really proactive and so patient and helpful. CJ Hole went absolutely above and beyond expectations and I can't recommend them highly enough. Brilliant service. Thank you!

GoogleThanks Isaac for the sincere and enthusiastic during the viewing even he was busy to serve numbers of customers on that day. After I made the offer to the seller, Isaac had given me some important advices on how to make the deal success as well as the deal with the source of funds issue. Also, he monitored my offer closely in oder to ensure that I am in the first priority. Special thanks to Lindsay, who she is a very diligent and responsible staff to do my case till night before the bank holiday. Truly thanks again to both! I glad that I am luck to have very good experience in my first property in UK and look forward to have their service again in future!
