GoogleFirst time buyers. I won’t comment too much on the sales team as Ethan had misled us and denied his comments, even though 4 people heard him say it. The only reason this is a 5 star review is for Jess on the progressions team. She worked tirelessly from start to finish, keeping us looped in and tried to appease all the parties involved in what ended up being a very complex chain. On the final week when we were exchanging, she contacted every solicitor and estate agent daily to make sure it went ahead by the end of the week, which it did! In short, wouldn’t recommend the sales team but once you get past them, the progressions team are good!
