GoogleC J Hole have successfully concluded the sale of the house belonging to a member of my family who died last year. The staff were friendly, pleasant and efficient throughout a sale process which was quite prolonged, owing to factors outside of their control and mine. I was impressed with their persistence, professionalism and patience. I have no hesitation in recommending them most highly.

GoogleC J Hole and Rowena are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They valued my house and understood my needs and have me options I could easily choose from they are also very knowledgeable and experienced with the rental sector in Bromley Heath. The package they presented was extremely good and full of great examples and was a wow factor in presentation about my property and how they had come to those conclusions. GoogleIt's so upsetting and anxiety provoking when I fulfil everything I have to, keeping my flat in an immaculate condition, furnish it like it's your own, always pay rent, make improvements at my own cost, to be treated so terribly unfairly. My beautiful 70s theme lounge has had mould, damp, water leakage since moving in. I've reported everything, as is my duty but repairs are left to get worse and I'm agued with and sometimes even blamed!! My beautiful furniture / items are now damaged and have not been restored /replaced. I've just had to replace the washing machine that's never worked, too. It's hard to feel safe when immediate neighbours are inappropriate and involved with disability hate, ASB and again nothing's done. It's really difficult and depressing. Private renting in this town is hellish. There should be more help and regulation to protect fabulous tenants like me. I more than fulfil my obligations. I'm afraid letting agents and landlords repeatedly do not.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
