We used C J Hole, as we had purchased the property through them 7 years ago, for our elderly parents and it was great to have a local agent, who were familiar with the area. From the first contact, their service was excellent, professional and friendly. They gave us advice and tips throughout the process. We luckily sold quickly and the whole sales process was easy and took the pressure off us. They also provided a shoulder to cry on, as had just experienced a death and did not really want to sell the property. They kept in touch with us throughout and it was great to be able to just pop in for a chat, or get documents copied. The whole team were fabulous throughout, from first valuation to completion. As a buyer, Ed Thornton was the main point of contact at CJ Hole, Bishopston and I found him to be a breath of fresh air in the world of estate agents! He knew his stuff about the property in which I was interested, and if he didn't he said so straight away and then promptly went and found me the answers I needed. I really valued that honest, straightforward communication and it just felt like I was dealing with a real person, rather than a salesperson with an agenda. He was polite, approachable and professional, always on time with appointments and email/phone responses. Because of Ed, I already had a positive attitude when it came to dealing with the next point of contact in the buying process, Andy, who also seems really professional.
