GoogleI have to say, I rent my property out with CJ Hole in Hucclecote and I have no worries at all. Everything has been done very professionally and within time scales keeping me at ease. Even when I've asked for advice on changes to the rental agreement, tenants etc all the staff have been wonderful & very helpful. Highly & fully recommend CJ Hole for rentals.

GoogleAs a professional couple looking to rent in Bristol, Chloe Fletcher was our point of contact at CJ Hole throughout. She carried out the viewings before taking our offer, liaising with the landlord while they selected a tenant, and then corresponding with us whilst the holding deposit was paid and referencing documentation completed. Chloe was polite, assured, very clearly experienced, and always responded quickly either by phone or email to any queries. Seamless experience all round - as a result would highly recommend CJ Hole and Chloe to any prospective tenants/buyers.

GoogleThis is The worst agency I’ve been dealing with my entire life. It takes 10 months (months!!!) to fix the leaking roof. It leaks to the point that we have buckets to catch the water when it rains. There’s no attempt for the compensation for these conditions. The problems with the roof have been hidden from us from the beginning, the walls were just painted over and there was no way to know about the defect at the viewing. Julian- CJHole agent even mentioned about that in his two emails. Then someone else from the agency said that it was a misunderstanding and they didn’t know about the leaking roof… the repairs include taking off the rooftop terrace which was the main feature of the apartment. In a nutshell- this is a scam. They’re renting apartments that don’t meet basic living standards. Don’t trust the ‘renowned, big reliable agency’ if you don’t want to end up in non-living conditions, pay a lot of money for an apartment that is definitely not up to standards.
We’re sorry you feel this way and for the issues you’ve experienced. We are in regular communication with you and are doing our best to address the issues you’ve raised both with the landlord and the other third parties involved and are committed to abiding by our independently regulated redress scheme processes for you. We hope that by us working together on the issues you’ve raised that we can change your feelings and find a reasonable solution for all parties involved.

GoogleI was shown a 1 bedroom property by Tilly who was incredibly helpful, professional and punctual. She offered excellent communication to ensure that I felt at ease when attending my viewing and was very knowledgable about the property. I highly recommend CJ Hole for lettings and especially Tilly!

GoogleWe met with Donna the other day for a market appraisal of our property in Kingswood. As we have not bought or sold a property for a very long time the meeting was very informative. Donna was both professional and knowledgeable of the current market and was able to give us a valuation for our property and examples of similar properties sold in the area.

GoogleC J Hole were superb to deal with from start to finish. They were brilliant at communication, keeping us advised of progress and replying to any calls or emails extremely promptly. I dealt with Mike, Charlie and Daniel and all of them were extremely professional, helpful, friendly and always knew what was going on with our sale. Our sale was a little specialised as we were selling my mum's flat in a retirement complex, but they had experience in this area and knew all the relevant information required. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you to all of you.
