CJ Hole were great, both as our selling and buying agent, and also having bought our previous house through them. What's really impressive is their professionalism and experience keeping a large chain together, with regular comms with buyers and solicitors, particularly Lorraine and Tim. They really know the area and integrated with the community. We originally went to another popular agent on the street who slightly undercut the commission but it was a big mistake in hindsight - they were less than transparent in their communication and didn't seem to know what to do when things got tricky. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again, they were realistic with their estimates but also negotiated well for both sides. Only complaint, screwtop processco! Seriously guys! ;-)

We have finally sold a retirement flat after two years. CJ Hole have been there for the duration, working hard to sell the flat. I have lost track of how many staff have worked to sell the flat, taking viewings, guiding potential buyers, and keeping us positive, and informed every step of the way. I am thankful for the help from everyone at CJ Hole concluding the sale of what was a difficult property.

I put my house on the market late last year after a previous unsuccessful attempt to sell it. Tim was professional and understanding of my situation, listened to my views and only proceeded when I was ready. Had first viewings within days and offer made and accepted within 2 weeks. Lorraine who then took over did a fantastic job of leading me through the administration of selling, very knowledgeable and also calming when it all felt stressful (which selling a house is!). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CJ Hole.

I’m looking forward to my new home on Monday. This is my first experience renting with a guarantor, and I must say the process was quite rigorous, but I should mention that the staff were very helpful. At no point did they make me feel that I would not be successful in my application. Despite the long wait, I am finally ready to move in as I anticipated. I was warmly welcomed at the offices when I needed more clarification, and I felt truly listened to.
