Currently working with Quaid and Max to rent our next house. Even though they are really busy they have made time for us and been very helpful, making the process a lot smoother. Quaid needs an extra mention though, allowing me a viewing after not being able to attend with my husband, letting me size up and get a feel for the space. He called to make sure all was still OK to meet at the house and when I made a mistake with the timings he managed to get to us really quickly. I was super grateful as my time was really tied up and he went the extra step for me to make it easier, even though it was my error. So thank you both.

We have experienced the highest level of service , from Quaid Sheppard and CJ Hole .From listing 2 apartments to agreeing rental contracts on both within 7 days . Quaid Sheppard has been fantastic , professional ,efficient and responsive . We would have no hesitation in recommending this company .

We recently purchased our first property through CJ Hole Henleaze with the help of Lorraine. Despite some of the challenges with the purchase, particularly at the end, we were very grateful for the patience and diligence shown. Lorraine was always very understanding of our position and we always felt listened to. Communication was prompt and any questions we had were passed on to the seller and answered quickly. We are very grateful for their service.

I have had a brilliant experience letting with CJ Hole. All of the staff have helped me right along the way to ensure the properties are rented very promptly. They are also very quick to find a new tenant when the old one leaves. Would definitely recommend!

For some reason this review is insisting on using my Bedstretch company account (we make bed extenders), and as I can't find a way to change it, here goes .... we recently completed on a personal house sale with C J Hole Westbury office and I would like to commend all staff for their proactive work ethic (we were previously listed with another estate agent but to no avail) but especially Lorraine who very patiently acted as an almost daily go between between the buyer and myself throughout the sale process and we got there - whoopee - thanks Lorraine and CJ Hole

Highly recommend this agency. CJ Hole have been extremely helpful in finding a home that suited us, and contacted us whenever a new property appeared until we found the right one. CJ Hole also offer great service if you are relocating and need virtual or modern ways of getting a home to cut down on travel time and costs; we couldn’t seem to find any other agencies that offered the same. We have recently sold our property through CJHole. Tim initiated the sale and his advice and guidance at the outset was excellent. Thank you to Holly for managing the viewing and negotiating our sale. Once a buyer was found the sales progression was passed to Kate who we cannot thank enough, we had a number of setbacks and at times didn’t think the sale would go through, Kate kept on top of things throughout and offered sound advice and support. We found the whole team to be helpful and professional throughout. We would not hesitate to recommend CJHole if you are looking for an estate agent, .thank you again CJHole.
