GoogleVery bad. I do not recommend this agency, they will ask you 100 questions and then tell you that you are not a good fit. And especially, a not very smart woman is sitting at the reception, she will answer the phone, she will write down your name for 10 minutes and then tell you that you are not suitable. With a good income in this agency, there is no chance of renting a house. don't contact them.

Kate was helpful throughout the entire process - she was great responding to all communication whether through emails or phone calls when we had questions, and kept us up to date while liaising with the entire chain and relevant solicitors, and was involved and responsive in handling all issues that came up.

GoogleThanks to everyone at CJ Hole Kingswood! The team have helped us so much throughout our house buying journey as first-time buyers and have been incredibly supportive a patient with us! Marc helped us thoroughly giving us advice on our mortgage and I would really recommend him. The rest of the staff at CJ Hole Kingswood were really helpful particularly Kerry who managed our sale with great attention and was always on hand to offer advice and explanation on what was happening.

GoogleMy experience of Cj hole! just great highly professional and stress free… girls in the office are amazing and so greatly helpful, professional and know there jobs well… example Sommer was a great source of contact especially during holdups within the chain and anxieties were high Summer was able to support us through and explain where and why processes had become difficult which our solicitor failed to do!!! big shout out to Sommer again for selling our house!! and making the whole process a relaxing one.. well done to you all at Cj hole highly recommend you !!!! 😘
