GoogleOur experience with CJ Hole and in particular their Lettings Negotiator Madison Woolls, has been the most efficient and stress-free tenancy process in either of our time renting in Bristol. Madison is a true asset to your company. Peter and Anièle.

GoogleQuaid is a gem that helped us find a lovely property in a great location. Can sometimes be tricky to get through to these guys on the phone, leaving voicemails that I don’t trust will be replied to, so calling a lot is needed. Once in touch though, they are mega helpful and friendly.

GoogleKerry at CJ Hole kept us up to date with everything that was happening with our sale. They advised us on the best way to put our house up for sale and the price we should be asking for. The house was under offer within a week and the sale was completed in 11 weeks. Could not have asked anymore from an estate agent. Thank you. I would recommend CJ Hole to anyone planning on selling their house.
Thanks so much for your lovely review Morag, we're so pleased you were happy with the service!

GoogleCannot recommend the team at C J Hole Downend highly enough. They were the agent for our purchase and were extremely helpful to us over the 9 months it took to complete on our dream property. Special mention to Manager David who was with us from day 1 and Lucy the Senior Sales Progressor who both navigated a very bumpy road in a helpful and professional manner. Thanks so much to you both and the rest of the team who assisted along the way. We appreciate everything you did to assist us.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We are all very pleased for you and the family. We wish you the best of luck with your move and for the future. Team at CJ Hole.

GoogleWe highly recommend CJ Hole - especially Charlotte who provided us consistently outstanding support! We recently completed a three year rental in Cheltenham, UK. CJ Hole was the management firm of our beloved rented property. We wanted to thank Charlotte Newman so very much for the wonderful support she has provided to us for the last three years of our tenancy. We realize her primary responsibility is to the landlord, however she was always efficient, warm, friendly, and very good at communicating and treating us as a customer as well. Thank you to Charlotte and CJ Hole for a great three-year experience.

GoogleFirst class service from all staff at CJ Hole and thank you to everyone for getting our house sale over the line in what was a rather protracted sale in the end. Thanks to you Holly, Polly and Lorraine. A special thanks to Kate Cullen, our sales progressor who dealt with our situation professionally. She kept us updated, explained the situation well and was polite and courteous. Well done and I would recommend CJ Hole to anyone.

He was very professional and helpful in guiding me through the letting process. He managed to secure a rental price that far exceeded my expectations. All in all a very smooth and hassle free process, which is what I was looking for. Highly recommend. Thanks Ethan! Devon Boyce
