GoogleCan't thank the team at Cj hole enough, they kept in contact all the time and answered all of my emails quickly (even when emailing several times a day) it's been a long 7 months but without the help of the team in downend it would have been so much more stressful. Thank you all again. I would recommend to all of my friends and family and I would use them again if I ever chose to move again.

GoogleI’m not going to lie, the whole experience of selling my leasehold flat was more stressful and delayed than I could have ever imagined. BUT, none of that was to do with CJ Hole and the wonderful Lorraine B. She was friendly, knowledgeable and communicative the whole way through as we ploughed through various hurdles. Days away from completion I think we are finally there! Would absolutely use Lorraine again if I come to sell or move in the future.

GoogleGood experience selling with CJ Hole. The team were professional throughout the process. Valuations were honest and marketing photos to a high standard. I believe this helped my property to stand out and sell in a tough market, particularly combined with the friendly agents showing people around. The office assigned a sales progressor to the case, Kerry helped keep me in the loop and was pro-active in following up various parts of the chain to push towards completion. Also a big shout out to the rest of the staff at the office, who we met at visits to other properties, they were always unpushy and well-briefed.
