GoogleI still haven't moved in to the property that they have helped me acquire, and I have only seen the advertised pictures/video of the flat from them (I am hoping things are as well with the place and they seem to be in the ad), but everyone on their team has been so very helpful in accommodating the process to my circumstances. Special shout out to Magdalena who had been extremely prompt with all communications and was on-spot with all follow-ups. She truly has been an angel for me trying to coordinate between the agency's departments to get everything done as swiftly and seamlessly as possible. I have been sending out heartfelt best wishes her way ever since. Collin was also such a dear to take time to give me a live virtual viewing of the apartment to help put my mind at ease.

GoogleI have been interacting with Ed from the Bishopston branch over the last 6 months and he has been ever so helpful. I find him really friendly and personable, I enjoy the 'no-nonsense' talk, and he regularly provides helpful insight. He has also put me in touch with some of his colleagues for specific advice, where he couldn't help directly. Real pleasure dealing with him and highly recommend.

GoogleI had a tenant leave a property mid contract and without notice and in a rather shabby & dirty state. Within a month Emma and her team had organised a complete redecoration and clean and had successfully advertised and let the property to a very suitable new tenant who paid a year up-front. Very joined-up team work. I was very relieved - and impressed!
