I can’t recommend CJ Hole enough they have been incredible from start to finish. They sold my Fathers house quickly at a realistic price point. Kerry has handled every aspect of the sale and needed to do quite a bit of chasing people all the way through (she is very patient!) we have now exchanged contracts and are very very happy with the service provided by Kerry and the team.

Thank you to the brilliant team at CJHole Clifton! We used them to sell my late Mum's flat and they were helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. One of the reason's we chose CJHole was because of the initial experience I had when Josh came around to value the property. He was genuine, honest, sensitive (due to the circumstances of sale) and not pushy at all. Every interaction I had with the team thereafter was friendly and professional. It was also great to have a single point of contact once the sale was proceeding - Victoria did a great job in keeping on top of any queries and moving things forward. Can thoroughly recommend.

We purchased a property through CJ Hole with the help of Victoria. She was incredibly supportive and professional throughout the process and we couldn't be more grateful. It was our first time buying and we had lots of question and she answered them all, as well as pushing to get us into our dream flat as fast as possible. What a woefully awful letting agents. To say they lack good customer service would imply that they have at least some amount of it- they don’t. They do not care about their tenants or their welfare and will try to penny-pinch wherever they can. Their staff are wholly unprofessional and will take days responding to claims, yet when they have something they need they expect it immediately. I let from CJ Hole Hucclecote and was disgusted by moving in to a dirty flat with mould in. During the tenancy there were issues that took months to resolve and CJ Hole Hucclecote dragged their heels at every turn. After quite a significant incident, one might expect the basic human and decent thing to do would be to compensate for their failings and lack of care and professionalism. Unfortunately not, CJ Hole bury their heads in the sand and ignore the issues of their tenants. CJ Hole claim that their customers are important to them, I’m still waiting for evidence of this, after all of their wild unprofessionalism, I doubt it exists. I will never use CJ Hole again and I will recommend to any would-be home buyers or renters to stay well away unless you want horrendous customer service and a lack of care.

The whole team at CJ Hole Kingswood have been instrumental in selling our house. From the initial visit, preparing the marketing material, viewings and offers, everything was extremely professional. Marc (the financial advisor) has worked hard to get us a very good mortgage deal and has been in regular contact with progress updates. Having CJHole on my side was undoubtedly the best decision I made to sell my house. Before using CJHole's services, I was with another agency where in 4 months I had about 6 views of my house and I was nowhere near getting an offer. I then decided to move on to CJHole and within 2 weeks I had an offer that resulted in the sale of the house. CJHole was very professional and attentive from the start. The house appraisal process was quick and accurate, and the suggested selling price was fair. The CJHole team was also very effective in promoting my house, listing it on multiple real estate websites and organizing regular showings. I was very pleased with the service provided by CJHole. The team was always available to answer my questions and concerns, and they did everything they could to help me sell my house. Big thank you to Chris and all the team.
