GoogleSold my flat through CJ Hole Clifton. James, Josh, Geena and Victoria were excellent with the marketing, viewings, negotiations and the post offer aftercare work. Our upward chain was complicated and the process was tricky but the team at CJ Hole couldn't have done more. I can't recommend them highly enough.

About few months back, we viewed this property with assistance of Tim from CJ Hole, not only that he was so professional but he was so kind to us that he drove us to bus stop due to heavy rains after our viewing. We appreciate him so much at the time for doing that extra mile for us. Just want to thank Tim for mediating our negotiation with the vendor so in the end it was reserved for us. GoogleI recently purchased a flat with CJ Hole and the process was as easy as it could have been with the help of Geena and Victoria. They worked hard to ensure the purchase went as smoothly as possible, and Victoria's quick and helpful communication made the whole experience so much less stressful, particularly as a first time buyer. GoogleTravelled four hours to Bristol for a confirmed viewing only to have it cancelled 20 minutes before our appointment. Very disappointed, will not be continuing our property search with CJ Hole, we shall find another agent.
