GoogleCJ Hole Westbury & Henleaze were both great to deal with from start to finish. Lots of care taken of listing property. We had a tricky time progressing and CJ Hole / Lorraine were relentless in their efforts with keeping up the pressure to get things completed as quickly and smoothly as possible.

GoogleSold and purchased through CJ Hole. Amazing estate agents. Went above and beyond for us. Communication through out was excellent and rapid by the whole team. Supported us with chasing solicitors (knew more about our progress than we did at times). Happy to allow us extra access to the property for renovators to measure up and quote. Chased all parties and enabled us to complete a 3 house chain in 3 months to meet the school application deadline. Would highly highly recommend. Can not fault them! A great selling fee and for the service we receive I wouId have been happy to pay more!

GoogleWe recently sold our house through CJHole. From first contact we found them to be very professional and organised (unlike other local agents), with Tim coming out to value our property. Our house sold within the first week of marketing and the conversations we have had with Tim and his staff throughout the process have always been professional and friendly. They have kept us up to date and always replied promptly to any queries we had. I would have no hesitation to use CJ Hole again in the future. The Finch-Dents.
