GoogleWe sold our house through CJ Hole Brislington and we found them really professional, communicative, responsive and always polite. It was really helpful that they stay open to 6! They always answered the phone or called back within a reasonable time. Special mention of Minnie, Jess, Jack and James and others who were so helpful. Jess did a lot of work chasing up and down the chain to help make the move happen, it reduced our stress and we felt like someone was supporting us. They clearly resource the business properly and it shows. Thank you.

GoogleEthan showed us around a house on Saturday and was very informative. It was nice to speak to an agent who asked you questions about your wants and needs in a relaxed and comfortable manner rather than just trying to make a sale. He also answered our questions very promptly within a few hours of leaving via email. It was a very refreshing and pleasant experience!

GoogleVery disappointing service from the sales team at CJ Hole. I found them unprofessional and lacking the skills and communication expected during the sales process. However, the sales progression team was an absolute delight to deal with, especially Minnie. She was professional, friendly, and highly proactive throughout. In what became a tricky situation due to delays from my buyers, she consistently kept me and the rest of the chain updated, helping to keep everything moving and achieve a speedy turnaround to completion. Minnie’s dedication and excellent communication made a significant difference and were the standout part of my experience.

GoogleIn general CJ Hole were responsive when we needed them, available to answer queries and chase across the chain. The process we were in ran very smoothly, Jess was especially helpful with keeping me updated in the final few weeks to completion. the only real negative was we were given the wrong keys on completion day and our keys were given to someone else which meant a wait stuck outside the property. Overall though was a positive experience.
