The team at C J Hole Downend were brilliant through-out the sale of our house and the purchase of our new one. We were glad to have you looking after both ends of our move. From the first contact, the taking of photographs through to the sorting out of paperwork, each member of staff we dealt with, David, Lois, Louie, Rowena and Lucy were pleasant and friendly to deal with. We'll always remember the phone call from Lois to say that she thought she had found the perfect house for us, and she had. Thanks team, we would recommend anyone to come to you when looking for an estate agent to sell or buy through. We'd like to say that we would use you again but we intend to stay in this new home you found for us. Thank you.

I really cannot fault my experience with CJ Hole - Lindsay has been absolutely brilliant in both the handling of the visit and of the offer and documentation submission. I've had many questions and they've all been dealt with in a prompt and professional manner. I recently had a slightly different experience to many, in the way that I currently work for a different agency and was offered a position in the westbury on trym office. From my brief interaction with George, Milli and interacting with the people within the office whilst dealing with properties in a chain, I have found CJ Hole to be a very honest and kind agency to work with there is a reason they have a very high market share!

CJ Hole were very good throughout the purchasing process. We saw multiple properties with them prior to putting in an offer on one, and everyone we viewed with was really nice and well informed. When we got into the purchasing process, our Sales Progressor, Kate, was absolutely fantastic. She kept us well informed throughout the process, was very responsive to our queries, and helped enormously in getting us over the line on a difficult purchase.
