Having contacted C J Hole for a valuation I was visited by an incredibly helpful & knowledgeable chap named Adam who gave me excellent ideas in prepping my house for sale and how to achieve the price I wanted. Viewings were scheduled in blocks for my convenience and my home was very quickly sold at asking price thanks to the excellent negotiators

As a 'non-professional' Landlord these guys have been excellent making the process easy for us; looking after our property and ensuring any rental requirements and arising issues are acted on quickly in both parties interest. Also, with a good set of pragmatic trades available to call on where needed to deal with maintenance issues competitively.

I have used the property letting and management service at CJ Hole Bradley Stoke for several years. They have been very helpful and have always managed to find good tenants quickly. The property management service has also been excellent and they provide regular updates as well as being quick to answer questions and deal with problems. Overall, all the staff have been extremely friendly and helpful, and I would definitely recommend their services. Disclaimer: although these views are entirely based on my own experiences, they have specifically asked me to leave a 5* Google review on two occasions.

Overpriced Rent for a start, take forever to get people to do repairs to the property, they book a repairman in then don't tell the tenants about it, when the repairman shows up and nobody is home, he charges a call out fee (fair enough) CJ hole then passes it on to the tenant when you haven't told them when the repairman is turning up? This is after the hassle of trying to get them to repair anything at all.....which takes months.
