GoogleDecided to move from our house after 30+ years and chose C J Hole as we were very impressed by Emily Davies, her commitment, her drive to get our house sold, and to get us the best price, so we could afford our move to the outskirts of Bristol. Emily came, took all the photos and led us through the house selling process, keeping us informed all the way through the process, even advising us on our strategy to buy our 'house in the country'. She was ably assisted by Andy, the branch manager, who 'took over the reins' when she was otherwise engaged, or on a day off. In fact, we were very impressed with the rest of the team, especially Kieran, who did the majority of viewings and Ed who helped out when Kieran was off. In fact we can't fault the service we recieved. Special thanks to Emily/Andy for the fraught days before exchange, when they both did their utmost to get us 'over the line' despite numerous small hiccups. If we could give Emily/Andy 6 stars, we would.

GoogleDuring a very sad & difficult time in my family’s life CJ Hole, we’re amazing from initial first meeting with them to completion of the sale of the property. They offered consistent support, efficiency & effectiveness throughout the sale of our family home. I would highly recommend CJ Hole to everyone who wishes to sell there property, staff were friendly but professional, communication was amazing and the time scales from start to finish were brilliant. If I was to ever need an estate agents again or if anyone needed one, CJ Hole kingswood branch would definitely be my first choice. Cannot thank them enough.

GoogleWe recently sold our house with CJ Hole and they were exceptional from start to finish. Eva attended for valuation and took brilliant pictures, once on the market she kept us informed along the way and was always happy to help with any queries. Once we found a buyer Kerry worked on the sales progression and was absolutely brilliant. It wasn't the easiest to get answers out of other parties in the chain and she went above and beyond to ensure we completed on the agreed date. I wouldn't hesitate to use CJ Hole again and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agency with excellent customer service and extensive knowledge.

GoogleReally poor service, spent more time chasing them, with promises of call backs etc. but nothing ever coming through. They then don’t update you on any updates on your application. Customer service is non existent and would avoid unless you like wasting your time.
