I spoke a couple times called Catherine at the York branch she is so unprofessional shouting at me over the phone for asking a simple question. Disgusting behaviour donβt even know how she still works there if she talks to people like that over the phone. I will never use this company again.

GoogleWe have recently purchased a beautiful house through Carter and Jonas.
From the start of the process we have been fully informed and updated .
Extra viewings arranged and nothing we asked was too much trouble.
Catherine was extremely supportive and when sadly we had a bereavement in the family Catherine was both kind and professional and helped with making the purchase go as smoothly as possible under very difficult circumstances.
We can't thank Carter and Jonas and of course Catherine enough .
Now we start our new chapter in our stunning home π‘

GoogleHi I called to enquire a property. A guy picked up my call and was so rude to me. I just wanted to ask if the property include bills or it doesnβt, since it didnβt say in the description. He was really cold to me and said βis that allβ I said yes thank you so much and immediately ended the call like wishing 0.2 seconds. He was straight up cold to me the whole time and dry.
