GoogleBe careful with your check out, they will try to screw you over and charge extortionate cleaning charges. You may as well leave the place a dirty mess, because you will be billed as if it was one anyway even if it is left with “light dusting” required

GoogleI had such a lovely experience renting through Carter Jonas. I lived in a property in Putney for 18 months, and it really felt like home. The property was fantastic, and Jane was an amazing landlord, always kind, approachable, and incredibly helpful whenever I needed anything. She went out of her way to be accommodating, which made the whole tenancy so easy and enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Jane and the team at CJ Barnes.

GoogleI recently used Carter Jonas in Mayfair to help find a rental property and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Victoria looked after me from start to finish and made what can usually be a pretty stressful process feel completely straightforward. She was quick to respond, genuinely listened to what I was looking for, and didn’t waste my time with places that weren’t a good fit. Every step, from viewings through to paperwork and getting the keys, was handled smoothly and professionally. Nothing felt rushed or like I was just another name on a list. If you’re after an agent who actually cares about getting it right rather than just closing a deal, I’d point you straight to Victoria at the Mayfair branch. Can’t recommend her highly enough.

GoogleCarter Jonas is far superior to any property agent that I have dealt with. As a tenant in one of their managed properties, they have been flawlessly professional, efficient, and fair. If I were a Landlord, I would sleep easy knowing that they manage my property. I would not look elsewhere - they are in a league of their own.
