GoogleListed an empty rental property with Nesha after two failed sales with another agent. Noticed the change in approach & attitude immediately & they forcefully marketed the property & provided excellent feedback from the start. Theyvmsaged my eventual buyer through a series of unfortunate mishaps & managed to achieve a sale that was satisfactory to all concerned. Definitely recommend that branch.

GoogleI had a very good experience with Bradley's during the marketing and sale of my bungalow in Exeter. Feedback from viewings was provided quickly, and once the sale was agreed, it was progressed very efficiently. Bradley's provided a very good, professional service, and I would certainly use them again if I were selling a further property in the area.

From Joshua in the Sales team who sold our house with 6 weeks! to Jade in the Surveyors team who made the survey very easy to understand and provided valuable out of hours assistance around our full time jobs, and lastly to Cathy who was amazing at keeping us informed and assisting us all the way to completion. Absolutely superb service, all round making a stressful time, as stress free as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Leane supported us through our purchase keeping all parties up to date and liaising with solicitors to ease any problems. We were very impressed and appreciate the effort. GoogleSimply excellent. All of the staff were so friendly and efficient whether visiting the office in Honiton or when phoning. Manager Joe was so positive, knowledgeable and pro-active. The marketing was impeccable and undoubtably led to the quick sale and at a top price. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process and overall could not be more pleased.
