GoogleWe have Bradley's twice now, we purchased our first home with Bradley's and then resold with Bradley's a few years later - both times with Jess as main port of call. We had an offer very quickly, and the team negotiated well. Jess both times went above and beyond to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible, we encountered a few hiccups and some uncertainty with our sale & onward purchase with another agent, but Jess worked closely with our purchasing agent and all parties involved to meet a deadline set by the chain, keeping us in the loop every step of the way. The team are very easily reachable via email and phone. I would highly recommend using Bradley's!

GoogleIt has been great to have the support of Bradleys in our home search, the team worked really hard to find us a new home in Shaldon and surrounding areas. It is so important for Teignbridge to have an estate agent locally you can trust to disclose all the relevant facts, and that is proactive in finding good options. A firm that is capable of advising vendors on how to "price to entice and dress to impress" so their properties sell in a reasonable timeframe, and without painful reductions further down the track. Over valuations serve no-one that is serious about selling property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jo and the team to sellers and buyers locally.

GoogleBradleys shaldon tried to sell our house with no success. They are ok whenit comes to reducing the price and with a house that sells itself but when it comes to selling they are very poor. There was also evidence that they lead buyers to put in low offers, some 300k below the asking price.If you want an agent to maximise your selling price i suggest you try Darts
Dear Rob T, we respect your opinion although the multitude of other reviews both before and after yours would suggest the team in Shaldon do a sterling job of selling homes and achieving the best price in a timescale that suits our clients. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case for you although we are pleased you have managed to successfully sell your home and wish you all the best in the future.
