GoogleDue to divorce I had to regrettably sell my home, in an already difficult time for myself Maria and her team were beyond supportive, from initial valuation to eventually going on the market and selling, they were all exceptional with help and guidance from start to finish, where others were not interested, Maria was always happy to help and support. I can not recommend the team enough. Thank you first class.

GoogleI highly recommend Helston Bradleys for selling, buying and overseeing rentals! They are always so happy to help and clear with communication through the process! A no nonsense estate agents who I would recommend if you are choosing who to go with to sell your property. Lydia was amazing in both our buying a property and chasing the sale of our flat, helping to move the process on and keeping us updated! I am so very grateful to the team for being so supportive throughout my many phone calls to the office. I can't thank them enough!

GoogleI drove for 130 miles paid a hotel where to sleep, the day after 8:30 am the letting agent called me to confirm the appointment but one hour after the call and two hours before the appointment she called me again and said "I'm sorry the appointment is cancelled the landlord can't attend it today." That call seemed a bad joke, and gave me the impression that is not a reliable letting agency.

GoogleKerry from the Plymstock office has been amazing, although I ended up purchasing through another agent (ultimately down to the location of the home) she has been excellent at keeping in touch, keeping me updated with the market and emailing over relevant homes that may be of interest. She is always so friendly and helpful on the phone and when I have viewed properties with her.

GoogleInstructed Bradleys (Penzance) for a probate market appraisal. Raised detailed, evidence-based concerns about undervaluation, use of narrow comparables, and a procedural issue around paperwork being left at the property rather than issued to me as executor. The Branch Manager refused to revisit the appraisal or meaningfully address the process concern, stating further correspondence would not be productive. Difference of opinion is one thing; refusal to reflect or review when legitimate issues are raised is another. Very disappointing experience

As you have submitted a formal complaint about his free service, it would not be appropriate for us to comment further at this stage. Should you wish for a formal probate valuation, which a chartered Surveyor would be paid to conduct, we would be happy to recommend a local company.
