GoogleWe chose Bradleys over two other local estate agents and we never once regretted it. Once we has chosen Tariq and fixed a price he bought round the other two agents from their branch, namely Jodi and Dan. We then spent about an hour all going round the property working out the best features and route.
The drone aided film and the brochure were of very high quality. For the next few months the three of them must have shown about 40 interested parties round. Once we has accepted an offer Jodi took over and was always available. The solicitor chosen by Bradleys as part of the deal was head and shoulders better than the ones employed by other parties.
There is probably more but enough to say my wife and myself were highly impressed with Bradleys and would 100% recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the Bovey or Chudleigh areas

GoogleHad a massive challenge to sell my late fathers flat in Devon and after little real progress with a previous estate agent, the team at Bradleys were really proactive right when things were difficult. Their patience, communication and general engagement and support was brilliant with Jodi always on hand to answer one of the multiple questions I had. As things took time due to it being a probate sale, the focus on doing things differently with videos and proactive advertising worked in the end and although the housing market had become difficult, the team did so very well. The discussion around your price was suggested, due to wanting to ask more than we had initially proposed, and therefore, a strategy would be required in case it is not successful. GoogleI've had good experiences with some branches of Bradleys, but the Bovey Tracey branch seem to think they can spam you with irrelevent properties well outside your search area. After 5 unsubcribe requests over as many months, they still refuse to comply with basic GDPR.
This is all the more surprising as I have never once engaged with this particular branch, and never once expressed an interest in viewing any properties near Bovey Tracey.

GoogleWe are super greatful for Tariq , Dan and the team. What a service ! We've had a bad experience with estate agents over the last few months with respect to getting our house purchase and sale over the line. Leading to this week, we finally got to successfully Exchange today.
The Bovey Tracey branch of Bradley's were dealing with our sellers purchase so not even directly involved with us. We discovered their helpfulness late this week and they I believe are the sole reason we haven't lost our sale and will be shortly moving into our new home. Tariq helped facilitate communication up and down the chain with such polite positivity and quick action we are SO greatful.
When a team is clearly such an asset to a company namely Dan and particularly the outstanding effort by Tariq I think it should be highlighted.
If ever we need to deal with estate agents again...god forbid... We know who to go to. Above and beyond when they didn't need to help us at all. They did so well for their seller , whom will probably never know what effort and dedication was involved from the team. . . But now you do.
