GoogleBradley’s at Bovey Tracey have managed my property for 5 years and have always been friendly and approachable. Nothing is ever too much trouble and any issues are always dealt with promptly and efficiently. I have just recently sold my property through them and the whole team have advised and supported me from start to finish making the whole process easy and stress free . GoogleRight from the start when we first marketed my aunt’s house, Stuart was always positive and realistic about the likelihood of sale and always responded quickly to emails and messages. This was especially helpful as we lived some 200 miles away so knowing someone was effectively dealing with matters as they arose was a great comfort. It has been a pleasure to have worked with him on what proved to be a smooth, efficient and speedy sale.

I asked her have you any properties for sale in this village her reply was try another office without giving me their number and hung up !!! That's Bradley's for you ...

Google1* Outcome = Lots of promises and nothing reasonable delivered. 1.5* Service = Customer service only really matters when things aren't going well. No meaningful attempt to find a reasonable outcome with refusal to discuss sensible compromises.

Having looked at the matter further, I see that the value of the advertised property not being aligned with the current market demand is the main factor in your property not being sold. The team conducted multiple viewings, provided feedback, and updated you regularly, they understood your choice and reasoning for renting the property too so appears harsh to provide a 1.5-star review.
