Ross was brilliant in showing us the house, progressing the sales offer quickly and keeping us informed through the purchase process.
Karen, as the Sales Progressor was brilliant, we have worked with other people doing this role, and they normally just rub the solicitors up the wrong way, not Karen, she kept on top of the whole process liaising with both solicitors to get a speedy exchange.
If we were going to sell, we know who we would use - but Bradleys have sold us our dream home, and we are looking forward to putting down roots in St Ives.

GoogleWe consider that the company operate a tick box system, we were told that our prospective tenant had a glowing financial status but we consider that the referencing was inadequate. The tenant was not in the level of employment we had been led to believe and vacated with arrears whilst also failing to pay utilities. There were debt collectors chasing him. We were left to collect the arrears, which we managed to do. Bradleys then charged us commission on the arrears we recovered. We lodged a formal complaint which was roundly rejected by the company and are now considering a complaint to the Ombudsman. We would not deal with this company again.

GoogleWe are just in the process of purchasing our new dream home in Lelant. This is totally due to the incredible team at Bradley's St Ives. Initially we had contact with Vicky, and although the property we saw did not meet our needs Vicky supplied us with options and was extremely helpful in assisting us to realise our requirements.
