GoogleBradleys St. Ives - and Ben and John in particular - effected the sale of our bungalow in Carbis Bay shortly before Christmas. The whole process, from start to finish, lasted barely three months. We chose Bradleys in the first place, because their “package” seemed to us to be head-and-shoulders above those of other agents - and we were not disappointed. Everything which we were told would happen, happened exactly as we were told. In particular, to have seven viewings in less than a week from the property going on the market, and then the very first people to view the house making an offer over the asking-price, and proceeding to completion, was over and above our expectation. And when, shortly before completion, there was a slight wobble on the part of the buyers, it was the professionalism and skill of these two men which kept the sale on track, and brought it to completion. In addition to all this, we very much liked both men - they were smart, professional, business-like, kind - and they showed particular kindness and understanding to my elderly mother, whose bungalow it was. My mother shares with the rest of our family, the satisfaction we feel for what Bradleys delivered. GoogleWe sold our house in St Ives through Bradleys. They advised on an appropriate price for the local market; marketed the place (photos inside, photo overhead, video inside, written description, advertising on their website, remote viewing, personal viewing); connected us with an energy performance assessor and a conveyancer (solicitor); informed us as the sale progressed; and handled the key transfer. The process was quick: from first contact with Bradleys to sale completion was three months. They employ someone full-time who contacts the people involved to keep the process moving. We didn't have to do much work: basically it was cleaning the house and completing forms. The marketing and website made the house visible: we had half a dozen offers within a week of the advert going online. The commission was reasonable for a local estate agent. The team was helpful when we did have contact.

GoogleFriendly team, very helpful, always available, understood our requirements and went above and beyond our expectations. The Bradley’s team helped us find our ideal property for a good deal in the saturated St. Ives market where there are plenty of buyers to pick and choose from. Great experience from start to finish and even after our purchase they helped us iron out a couple of issues.

GoogleTook the money and ran. What should have been a pain free move took 3 horrendous weeks, during which time we were presented with nothing but shrugged shoulders and a "what can you do" mentality. As they work in market where demand far outstrips supply, they really have no interest in providing a service. They are just a deposit box in which to post money.
