GoogleDebbie and her team at Bradleys Paignton have been amazing - from our initial viewing of the property, to the successful completion, they were absolutely fantastic and were a total joy in what is supposed to be a stressful process. Friendly, proactive, knowledgeable and so helpful. Special shout out to Ash and Lorraine and, of course, to Debbie. I wouldn't hesitate in using Bradleys again if we ever decide to move on from our new house. You're all fabulous, thank you :)

GoogleSaw one of the bugelows for sale on right move, was so interested in it i was almost going to drive down from Lincoln..until I saw the words A.i generated when it came to the internal pictures. What a underhand and sleazy way to try sell a property, should be against advertising standards, how many people are going to be caught out or disappointed when going to the effort of seeing a prooerty in person..tells me all I need to know about this Agent, be very careful or avoid !

GoogleThe team at Bradley's have been amazing. They always acted professionally and promptly, were approachable and very responsive. Debbie was so kind and supportive throughout the whole process. She managed any issue with my best interests at heart and showed great problem solving and negotiation skills! Lorraine too, was great at the end, working as a team with Debbie to get the sale completed. I would 100% use Bradley's again and can throughly recommend the team in Paignton.

Their advice and support, from the initial valuation, through to the viewings, the negotiation and final sale process was invaluable. We were particularly impressed at the way the team kept us informed on a weekly basis and regardless of who we spoke to at any one time, they all knew the latest information. A real team effort and very much appreciated!

GoogleOur dream to live by the sea has been fulfilled thanks to Arash, Debbie and Sophie at Bradley’s. From start to finish they have all been so approachable, friendly, understanding and helpful. Initially Arash showed us around properties and was quick to tune in to our wishes, making us feel heard and respected. Unlike other estate agents, we then focused time viewing suitable properties rather than wasting time viewing houses that did not meet the brief just to fulfil estate agents targets. We have been kept fully informed from start to finish and highly recommend the professional but personal touch provided by the team at Paignton. What a lovely bunch!

GoogleSophie, David, Abbie and the team were fantastic! They were professional and efficient throughout. We never felt like we were burdening them, even when we asked if we could show the next family member our new home. Abbie did amazing at finding us a fantastic mortgage and rate, even though we didn’t have the best credit. The whole team were always there to answer any questions we had and were hugely positive and supportive throughout the stress of us buying our first home. GoogleI sold a property through Bradleys and from the first contact, the team were absolutely brilliant. I sold a house with a chain and throughout there were stresses, however Debbie and her team were constantly providing updates throughout the course as to how everything was going and what to expect next. Their communication updates were second to none. I can’t recommend them enough. If I had to go through another process with estate agents, would definitely by choosing Debbie and her team.

GoogleWe purchased a property from Bradley’s and from the first viewing, the personal touch balanced with professionalism, empathy and personal responsibility Debbie and her team showed was by far the most impactive on our whole moving process. Relocating our whole family 250miles with a house sale involving a chain always suggested the process would be highly stressful and this proved to be the case, with Solicitor delays permeating the process but throughout Debbie and team were on hand to offer reassurance, obviously deep and thorough understanding of the process and honesty on the realities of where the process was. All this despite Bradley’s not being the agent for our property sale so in large part not really responsible for being so proactive in updating us. We even heard the good news of exchange from them first. Can’t recommend them highly enough, best experience I have had of an estate agent having bought multiple properties in the past.

We recently viewed a property that they were advertising; the viewing was conducted very professionally by a member of their team and he answered all the questions we asked of him. We also received excellent support from the team as they were able to find us temporary accommodation in the area whilst we are waiting for completion to be confirmed. GoogleRecently I started looking for rented accommodation in the Paignton area.Having found two suitable properties on the internet, I visited the Estate agents advertising them. Both Agents were situated within a few hundred yards of each other. The attitude of the staff member of the first agent I visited quite shocked me , she was dissmissive, showed no interest in what I had to say, and put down my suggestion that my regular police pension might be attractive to her clients. I was shown a property the following day which I asked to be considered an applicant for , but I withrdew that request after consulting with a retired Barrister. I was amazed at this Estate agent's attitude was so dissmissive and lacking in interest. I also enquired about a property displayed in both of their front windows only to be told ,it had been withdrawn from the market for some time. My second attempt at finding suitable accommodation led me to the door of Bradleys estate , what a difference in attitude ! I was greeted by a member of staff who not only treated me like a fellow member of the human race, but supplied with the details of the property I was interested in and arranged a viewing on the spot. I was made to feel like a valued customer.Having spent the final 9 years of my police service training both civilian and police staff members in the ways of customer service when manning the enquiry office etc. I was most gratified to see the basic principles still applied in Civvy street. perhaps I should at that at 73 I now walk assisted with a walking stick and that both the staff members who spoke with me were considerable younger. That said I can't praise the staff of Bradleys high enough . I have applied to rent the accommodation they have on offer which incidentally is £300 a month less than that of the other agent. Well done Bradley's.
