They were absolutely brilliant, explaining everything to me, offering excellent advice, and coming out to take video and photos of my property, which was all very professionally done. GoogleBranch were very good to deal with, but the department that deals with property management are appalling, ill informed, not compliance aware and downright rude. Shame as I have used the company for purchasing property before but it seems this 'local' company is becoming more like the faceless corporate agents every day. Certainly wont use them for rentals again....
