GoogleWe met Gabriel when we viewed a property that Bradley’s was marketing. He showed us around the property & let us look round at our leisure, answering our questions sufficiently. He then progressed to secure a deal that was acceptable to both vendor & ourselves. Gabriel then kept us in the loop, updating us on the purchase progress with our solicitor. Gabriel is a great ambassador for Bradley’s estate agents & we have dealt with many looking for our forever home. I highly recommend using this estate agent.

GoogleInstructed Bradleys (Penzance) for a probate market appraisal. Raised detailed, evidence-based concerns about undervaluation, use of narrow comparables, and a procedural issue around paperwork being left at the property rather than issued to me as executor.
The Branch Manager refused to revisit the appraisal or meaningfully address the process concern, stating further correspondence would not be productive.
Difference of opinion is one thing; refusal to reflect or review when legitimate issues are raised is another. Very disappointing experience

Dear Rachel, I would like to point out that our free valuation is for marketing purposes, not for probate use. Hopefully, you are looking to market the property so it will remain relevant. As you have submitted a formal complaint about his free service, it would not be appropriate for us to comment further at this stage. Should you wish for a formal probate valuation, which a chartered Surveyor would be paid to conduct, we would be happy to recommend a local company.

All staff in branch were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and made the whole process, which was new to me, very straightforward. Contact was extremely good throughout and the team also worked very closely with a local solicitor which again made things really easy.

GoogleVery good. Bradley's sold us our last house, and marketed it for us 14 years later. Good details and floorplan, good marketing, found us a buyer quickly. The buyers turned out to be Muppets, but Jason, nick and Anne kept them on the hook and we shifted our hovel. 5 stars. Jason particularly good with viewings with buyers, all the team are very easy to deal with and sensible when things get stressful.

GoogleDespite the friendly staff sadly we did not have a good experience with Bradley's. Having rented a property through these agents the landlord evicted us (and our vulnerable neighbour!) during the pandemic, claiming they were intending to sell. A few months later the property is advertised to rent again at 33% more than we were paying! The property was not in good condition, major problems with damp, infestation and subsidence which the landlords refused to do anything about, and a severely neglected garden which we put to rights without a word of thanks.
In our subsequent search for a property Bradley's rarely responded to our emails and calls. Needless to say, we found another agent!

It then gave them the opportunity to address the various works and then re-market the property.
