GoogleReece and Nick have been brilliant throughout our house purchase. Reece supported us to find our first home and even recommended the home we purchased after a couple of viewings elsewhere. Nick has also been really helpful when we have contacted the office with queries towards the end of the purchase. Both were really quick to reply or follow up on emails and phone calls. GoogleClaire from Bradleys in Camborne was one of the most considerate, thoughtful and informative people I have ever come across when contacting estate agents. Not only did she provide me with clear, honest information about selling / renting my house, but she took the time to follow up with a really detailed email that wasn’t just a standard ‘here’s your evaluation’. Additionally, I didn’t feel pressured or chased by her in any way, but knew she would be there to assist when I was ready to make a decision. Highly recommended!

GoogleSuperb Service, We purchased a property that was being advertised by Bradleys Estates this year. Upon viewing the property they were there ready and waiting for us, were very informative about any questions we had about the house, not just the basics and were very friendly. Once our offer was excepted and the ball started rolling with solicitors Ect Claire at the Camborne Branch was super on the ball, she was updating me regularly, without promt and always responded to my emails in a timly manner even if to say she would chase things up. This made the process of purchasing our first home much less stressful, easier and exciting. I would higly recommend this company and should you be lucky enough to have Claire as your adviser you will be firmly looked after as we were.

GoogleHuge thanks to the team at Bradleys in Camborne! Selling our home was definitely a stressful process with several offers falling through, including one right near completion. However, the team kept us informed every step of the way and never lost momentum. Reece in particular was great and a huge help throughout. We eventually got there in the end, and we'd definitely recommend them to anyone selling in the area.

GoogleFrom the very start I knew we had picked the right Agent, Claire carried out our market appraisal & was so courteous & polite, she made getting the house on the market so easy including fees & legal work all in one package. All viewing’s were accompanied and feedback was honest, ours was a complicated move for various reasons which did not worry them at all. I can’t say enough about how good they are and a special mention for Claire we nicknamed “Tigger” due to her cheery bouncy manor, also Nick the manager, & of course Teean who climbed into cupboards for us to check on lightbulbs!! Thanks Guys you make a great team

GoogleWe dealt with Bradley's for our recent house purchase as first time buyers. We particularly dealt with Tean and briefly Chloe, but all of the team were very friendly and helpful when they weren't in. They were great at chasing things for us when the conveyance was moving slow and managed to get things turned round for us promptly. We would definitely consider using them again for future conveyances.

GoogleBradleys is nothing more than robber. I paid £253 deposit to processing my application for renting a property but after they refused me they didn’t refund me the deposit.
Thank you for your review. Naturally, we understand any disappointment arising where a tenancy application is declined. However, having reviewed our file, we are satisfied that you were advised verbally and in writing on the 20th Mar 2026 that you stood to lose your holding deposit if the information you had provided as part of your application could not be verified. You elected to proceed with your application. Unfortunately, our referencing partner, namely Rightmove, was unable to verify the income you originally declared from the bank statements you provided, with a significant discrepancy identified. You have kindly explained that part of your income is “cash in hand,” but sadly, this cannot be verified, as our staff had explained to you numerous times. Trusting this is of assistance, and thank you for allowing us the opportunity to clarify matters again.

GoogleWe were selling a property remotely, and being busy did not pay as much attention to its presentation as we could/should have. Following the initial enthusiasm to take on the sale, the agency was fairly reactive with feedback, and viewing results were disappointing. After a few months, and an offer failing to complete, I had the opportunity to visit and review the property, and spent a couple of days improving the impression for viewings. It was frustrating that we had not been informed of the obvious detractions presented, and when these were dealt with - and responses to fundamental issues suggested - an offer which ultimately concluded in the sale was soon received. Possibly coincidence, but I know that the attitude of the agent plays a big part in successfully achieving a sale, and proactively interacting with both buyer and seller increases the likelihood of success - together with realising that relying on email is not always the best way of communicating. I believe the sale would have successfully proceeded sooner if these issues had been addressed earlier in the process, which would also benefit from more active advice from the agent.

Bradleys have been so supportive and helpful throughout the process of our move, from locating properties will all of our criteria and tick boxes, and have put forward the most perfect property for us. Our agent has kept in touch and kept us updated throughout and has been great at putting us at ease throughout the stress of the move. Very welcoming and friendly and has gone above and beyond to find out information and chasing up what we've needed. High quality customer service and have helped us find a beautiful house to call home. Would highly recommend buying or selling through this professional and well knowledgeable company.
