Thank you for your review. Naturally, we understand any disappointment arising where a tenancy application is declined. However, having reviewed our file, we are satisfied that you were advised verbally and in writing on the 20th Mar 2026 that you stood to lose your holding deposit if the information you had provided as part of your application could not be verified. You elected to proceed with your application. Unfortunately, our referencing partner, namely Rightmove, was unable to verify the income you originally declared from the bank statements you provided, with a significant discrepancy identified. You have kindly explained that part of your income is “cash in hand,” but sadly, this cannot be verified, as our staff had explained to you numerous times. Trusting this is of assistance, and thank you for allowing us the opportunity to clarify matters again.

We had an offer very quickly, and the team negotiated well. Jess both times went above and beyond to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible, we encountered a few hiccups and some uncertainty with our sale & onward purchase with another agent, but Jess worked closely with our purchasing agent and all parties involved to meet a deadline set by the chain, keeping us in the loop every step of the way. The team are very easily reachable via email and phone. I would highly recommend using Bradley's!
