GoogleFirst class service from Bradleys. From start to finish we felt that this was a team effort with Robin dealing efficiently with the initial valuation and schedule/ Rightmove setting up, to Jo skillfully handling viewings followed by Davina's dogged chasing of the ever turbulent chain of buyers. They all coped very well with my frequent visits to the office to moan about the inevitable delays and the many pitfalls of the English property sales "process". However, we got there in the end. Bradleys are very highly recommended.

Jo Campbell was particularly fabulous in assisting us in purchasing a house. She went between both parties and both parties solicitors (an unenviable job!) with ease, she also went above and beyond on moving day to ensure everyone had their keys. GoogleThe team at Bradleys in Budleigh Salterton have helped us sell two properties of the last 18 months. It would be fair to say that the path hasn't been smooth, more through force of circumstance than anybody's fault but Robin, Jo and the rest of the staff have always been helpful, reassuring and there when you need them. GoogleIf I could give Bradley’s ten stars, I would! I cannot recommend them highly enough! The team as a whole are always professional, helpful and friendly and go above and beyond what you would normally expect from an estate agent. Their brochures, photographs etc.are of a high standard, presenting the property at it’s very best. However when the sale of my house eventually went through after being in a complicated chain, Davina worked her socks off to make it happen by liaising with all concerned, when other professionals involved weren’t being particularly helpful. She kept me informed with the latest developments virtually on a daily basis! What a super star!! I’m so glad I chose Bradley’s to market property. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you Davina.

GoogleSelling a house as an executor when you live 3 hours away is always going to be a worry. Robin made the process so straightforward, including getting an asking price offer within a week of the property going on the market, and that sale completing in well under 3 months. He also very willingly switched on the heating for us (saving a 6 hour round trip) and kept us very well updated on progress.
