From start to finish Clare and the team at Bradley's Taunton were exceptional! Buying a property is stressful enough but having Clare at the end of the phone was a godsend! Thank you all so much for everything!

They had since September to sell our property, which was first listed at their own valuation. Over the months, they repeatedly advised us to reduce the price, which we did three times. We were out of contract with them from December, but still ended up stuck with them until 1st May. In that time, we had only three viewings, and we believe one of those may not have been genuine. It felt like they were just bringing anyone round to make it look as though they were doing something, including people who had not even sold their own property. They have wasted valuable time when we could have been with a company that actually cared about selling our home. Now that we are going with another estate agent, they want £300 from us after seven months of poor service. Avoid at all costs.

Dear Ralph & Hannah Mignano, we take all reviews seriously to ensure we evolve our service offering, so thank you. Our files show that we initially tested the market at a higher price, as requested by you, although we subsequently reduced the price in line with market conditions. We can also see there were various periods here where you requested we stop marketing the property, then commenced weeks/months later. All viewings are genuine; it would serve no purpose for them to be anything other than as we are too busy to 'make up' a viewer! We are sorry it wasn't successful on this occasion, and we wish you the best of luck. We tried to source you a buyer on and off for several months, and £300 towards our costs doesn't seem unreasonable to pay, as you were aware when you agreed the marketing terms at the outset.

Over a period of about 13 years I have rented out a property through Bradleys Estate Agents.Throughout that period Bradleys have always done such a good job on my behalf! I have recently sold the above mentioned property through the Taunton Branch. The team there have been so good! It would be remiss of me, however, if I didn't make specific mention of Clare Hewitt, who has had the main responsiblity of dealing with the recent sale. So professional, so very patient and pleasant, she has always gone out of her way to expedite matters in a way which I have 'very' much appreciated. I am very grateful, Clare! My thanks again to all at the Taunton branch. Kind regards, David Clapham

As a first time buyer I had no idea what to expect from an estate agent but Bradley’s exceeded my expectations. Right from the start the whole process felt like a breeze really. Lynne was wonderful , incredibly organised , the communication was fantastic and we were never left in the dark and I’d definitely use Bradley’s again to sell on one day. Lynne put us at ease and nothing was ever to much trouble for her with all our 100 questions! Great team and highly recommend

I recently purchased a property in Coades Green through the callington branch. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff are very customer focused ,Sam and the team are extremely helpful and incredibly professional, nothing was too much trouble. The communication was clear and we were frequently updated at every stage. It was a pleasure to deal with everyone at the Callington branch , who, incidentally when you telephone the branch and give your name every staff member knows straightaway the property address you are purchasing without having to be told , fantastic customer service by people who care. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Everyone we dealt with at Bradley’s was very helpful and punctual. Also there was always someone at the end of the phone when needed. Jo Campbell was particularly fabulous in assisting us in purchasing a house. She went between both parties and both parties solicitors (an unenviable job!) with ease, she also went above and beyond on moving day to ensure everyone had their keys. She was a pleasure to deal with.

We're very impressed with the efforts made by Bradleys Sidmouth team to sell two properties for us. They replied to calls promptly, were proactive with our suggestions, enthusiastic, diligent, helpful and empathic. We were kept in touch regularly with results and feedback, culminating in two successful sales. Thank you to all the team, particularly Tess and Elize who managed these properties, for all your help and support throughout the stressful process of selling.

Isent an email about asking for some property advice what will lead to a sell of one of my properties? No one ever came back to me.

Agent replied · 22 August 2026

Dear Thomas Ashford, we do apologise for this, which is most unusual, as we have a customer experience team responding to emails, unless it was sent directly to the office. Perhaps you could contact us at info@beagroup.co.uk to confirm where you sent this email, please, to ensure this doesn't happen again? We would be delighted to assist you if it is still relevant.

I recently sold a house through the Bradley's team and couldn’t be happier with the service throughout the whole process. From start to finish they were always friendly, honest, approachable and incredibly communicative, which made what can often be a very stressful experience feel much more manageable. Their marketing package was also excellent. The photos and floorplans were really high quality and showcased the property brilliantly. I genuinely believe this had a big impact on the interest in the property and ultimately the sale itself. Any questions I had were answered quickly and transparently throughout, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Their support genuinely made a huge difference, and i’d happily recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home in the area! Thank you again for all your help!

Whilst we are grateful to Bradley's for the sale of my mothers single bedroom retirement flat after her passing, the costs of over £5490 for a sale price of £77,500 is excessive and compared to the solicitors fees of £1800, and l question the justification for that amount given the level of work and interaction was much greater with the solicitors. I think that house price increases are becoming so excessive that first time buyers are unable to get onto the market and estate agents play a significant part in setting those prices. We have adult children who are on good salaries and yet cannot afford to.get a mortgage which is also linked to rental fees, l would urge Bradley's to make themselves more attractive to sellers by reducing their fees, and assisting first time buyers in their quest for getting on the ladder.

Robin · 18 April 2026 · Bradleys Honiton

Agent replied · 22 April 2026

Dear Robin Sturtivant, thank you for taking the time to write a review. We're delighted to hear everything went through successfully, which is, of course, the most important factor. Unfortunately, a leasehold sale requires significantly more work than a freehold one, which requires a higher fee to reflect the increased time, marketing, and overall workload, whereas solicitors will not incur the same time or marketing costs as estate agents do. Whilst we provide advice on pricing, the demand from buyers dictates the price a property will sell for, which then impacts other similar properties. Supply and demand are key in the property market, and as marketing agents for the seller, we aim to achieve the market value for the home. We do provide the option for buyers to seek mortgage advice through our team of experts to assist them in getting the best deal to suit their position, which can greatly assist their affordability.

We can't fault the service provided to us by Bradley's. Our viewings completed by Maria and Jay were always prompt and gave us confidence in the process. Once under offer, Katie kept us informed and at ease throughout a difficult journey to completion. Her determination and grit to push things along was second to none. I would recommend Bradley's St Thomas to anyone looking to sell. Thank you!

First class service from Bradleys. From start to finish we felt that this was a team effort with Robin dealing efficiently with the initial valuation and schedule/ Rightmove setting up, to Jo skillfully handling viewings followed by Davina's dogged chasing of the ever turbulent chain of buyers. They all coped very well with my frequent visits to the office to moan about the inevitable delays and the many pitfalls of the English property sales "process". However, we got there in the end. Bradleys are very highly recommended.

We bought our home through Bradley’s and I have been really impressed with everyone we spoke to. Katy especially was incredibly kind, thoughtful and supportive in helping our rather large chain go through. Katy really helpfully kept me updated most weeks and went above and beyond when dealing with other estate agents. I feel very grateful for katy’s support and it made a stressful Process much easier. I would definitely recommend Bradleys ♥️

We bought our first house with Bradley’s Plymstock. Kerry handled our property but Heleney and Emma were always on hand to help with any queries. So welcoming and friendly, always actioned everything quickly. Excellent communication. Could not fault the team and Kerry was an absolute star, especially with helping us deal with difficult solicitors and explaining processes to us. Thank you ladies for all the help we love our new home.
