GoogleSelling our first home and buying our forever home came with plenty of unexpected and stressful hurdles throughout but Kerry and the team at Bradleys Plymstock were the calm in the storm. Always reassuring, and the most proactive party involved, they kept everything moving when it felt like the whole process might fall apart.

GoogleBradleys have been incredibly friendly, efficient, and accommodating when arranging our property viewings. We would definitely recommend viewing properties with Tilly. She was professional, knowledgeable, and able to answer almost all of our questions. If there was anything she wasn't sure about, she was quick to find the information and get back to us promptly. Overall, we've had a great experience so far and wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Tilly and Bradleys.

GoogleWe were thinking about returning to Looe so contacted all of the agents to go on their mailing lists. Bradleys were the only agents to keep us up to date and Ella was very helpful and a very pleasant contact point. We have decided not to move but would contact Bradleys in a flash if we needed help in the future.

GoogleIt was a pleasure dealing with such an enthusiastic team. Always quick to respond to queries and to suggest the best way to proceed. Bradleys found a willing and able purchaser for me much quicker than I expected and they helped to smooth the way to make sure my sale went through efficiently.

GoogleIf I could give zero stars, I would. This has been an absolutely awful experience from start to finish. We felt constantly pressured and pushed into decisions that suited the buyers, not us. It seemed like all they cared about was what the buyers wanted, while our concerns were repeatedly ignored, even though we were paying substantial fees. At no point did we feel our side was truly heard or represented. I would never use this agency again, and I'd strongly advise others to avoid them too.

Dear Viktorija, we take reviews very seriously, as it provides an opportunity to improve any gaps in the service and experience we provide. Having looked into this transaction of you selling and buying through the Okehampton office, I can only see extensive contact providing communication throughout by the local office team and the dedicated sales progressor, Karen. There is a balance of providing a service for buyers but acting for our clients, the sellers. There is no suggestion of an incorrect balance; in fact, the file suggests if we didn't communicate as frequently, the sale would have fallen apart some time ago. We do appreciate everyone has their own opinion; however, the summary looks like we found a buyer immediately, agreed the sale at the asking price, then communicated really frequently throughout until the move was completed. In this tough property market, it looks to be a good outcome. We do hope you enjoy your new home and wish you all the best.

GoogleI would like to say a huge thank you to Tean for everything she did throughout our house purchase. From my understanding, Tean's primary role was to act on behalf of the sellers, but throughout the entire process she felt like the perfect go-between. Whenever there were delays, confusion, or difficulties getting information through solicitors, I always knew I could contact Tean and she would get things moving. More often than not, she was in touch with the sellers incredibly quickly and came back with updates when nobody else seemed able to. Buying a house can be a stressful and frustrating experience, and honestly, Tean made the whole process survivable. She was an absolute asset from start to finish. What impressed me most was her reliability. I know she was incredibly busy, often moving between offices and carrying out viewings, but she never failed to call me back when she said she would, and she always provided updates when she promised them. That level of professionalism and communication is so valuable in this day and age, especially when so many people simply don't do what they say they're going to do. It was so reassuring to have someone I could ask questions to, someone who genuinely listened, responded promptly, and acted as an effective link between myself and the sellers. Her communication, commitment, and willingness to help made a huge difference during what could have been a much more stressful process. Thank you, Tean. You are a real credit to the team, and I genuinely appreciate everything you did to help us get our purchase over the line.

GoogleReece and Nick have been brilliant throughout our house purchase. Reece supported us to find our first home and even recommended the home we purchased after a couple of viewings elsewhere. Nick has also been really helpful when we have contacted the office with queries towards the end of the purchase. Both were really quick to reply or follow up on emails and phone calls. GoogleSaw one of the bugelows for sale on right move, was so interested in it i was almost going to drive down from Lincoln..until I saw the words A.i generated when it came to the internal pictures. What a underhand and sleazy way to try sell a property, should be against advertising standards, how many people are going to be caught out or disappointed when going to the effort of seeing a prooerty in person..tells me all I need to know about this Agent, be very careful or avoid !
