GoogleThank you Bradley’s for all your hard work and dedication in what was the most stressful house sale and purchase ever. 18 months of what seemed pure hell but the team at Bradley’s never gave up. A special thank you to Emma who spoke professionally but also gave amazing advice like a friend, even calling me when she didn’t need to, to celebrate the small wins and progress. Emma truly is a credit to Bradley’s and her profession. I’ll forever be grateful for everything you did for us. We’ve been in our new house for 2 weeks now and we’re so happy. Thank you team Bradley’s 👏 🏡

GoogleWe cannot thank Emma and Nesha enough for helping us to sell the house in such a short period of time! The property was on the market with other two agencies for over 5 months, but in the last minute, we decided to go for Bradleys Estate Agents and it was the best decision ever! Both ladies did incredible job and managed to sell the house in less than 3 weeks, while we were living overseas. We were involved and informed at every step adapting to our zone time. The selling process went really smooth and communication was on really high standard. No delays, full professionalism and dedication. We wholeheartedly recommend The Bradleys Estate Agents for their commitments and excellent service.

GoogleWe recently bought a property through Bradley’s. Despite a lengthy purchase Emma and her team were very supportive and chased the other agencies involved until we arrived at a successful conclusion. A big thank you to all.

GoogleTotal lack of professionalism. Doing nothing for 10 months to sell the house and blaming only the lawyers and the seller is completely out of the ordinary. Discovering after 9 months that the client has Help to Buy and in the 10th month that they have other charge is downright mockery.

Dear Mircea, we are sorry to hear of your experience, although a few points to note. Is this the correct branch of Bradleys, as we have no record of you transacting with Plympton branch? The conveyancing process in this country is very slow, and is primarily the conveyancers role to progress the purchase/sale. We are always keen to assist, however it feels like you are aiming your frustration at the wrong party on this occasion. If you can provide more details, we would be happy to investigate further - please email info@beagroup.co.uk.

GoogleListed an empty rental property with Nesha after two failed sales with another agent. Noticed the change in approach & attitude immediately & they forcefully marketed the property & provided excellent feedback from the start. Theyvmsaged my eventual buyer through a series of unfortunate mishaps & managed to achieve a sale that was satisfactory to all concerned. Definitely recommend that branch.

Googlevery friendly estate agent we mostly dealt with Ruby and nothing was to much trouble, if we had any questions Ruby was really good at finding and dealing with all our queries. Thanks Bradleys and Ruby. Merry Xmas from Martin and Denise

FacebookSeems to be that all the good experiences on here are for sales. Doesn’t seem like that care much for renting tenants as there’s not much in it for them. The way my mum has been dealt with for the 4 years she was in her property was a joke. Constantly calling about repairs to be told “I don’t deal with that you’ll have to email” and then never getting a response for boiler issues, bathroom leaks, no hot water for periods of time and mice infestation and she had to pay things out of her own pocket to sort it. Then my mum was issued with a section 21 and again the agents never got back to her when she had queries about this. She has now waited two weeks after leaving the property after emailing them about her deposit and again no response! So we have called today to ask about this, no apology, again that person doesn’t deal with it so it needs to be passed to a colleague. I explained how stressed and upset my mum has been through the whole section 21 process and her mental state and that she hasn’t even had an apology for how she’s been treated and the guys response was “what am I mean to be apologising for it’s not me that’s dealing with it”. Absolutely disgusting. Not an ounce of human decency between any of them. Nice as pie when their getting a sale commission in their pocket though by the looks of it.

Having read your review it appears from our records that your mother was renting a property through one of our other offices.
Unfortunately we have not had any dealings with her so I we cannot comment.
If you would like to take this matter further then please do not hesitate to contact us directly on
Plymouthmutley@beagroup.co.uk
We can then advise on who to direct your complaint to.

GoogleI can whole-heartedly recommend Bradleys. It took quite a while for my sale to go through (no fault of Bradleys) but I was kept informed at all times. Staff were always professional and friendly and I felt I could trust them all to carry out all the necessary admin. Many thanks to them all

FacebookHaving never dealt with Bradley’s I’m sure they’re no better, or worse than any other letting agents.
I have, however dealt with one of their Landlords, John Garland.
Five and a half years I rented one of his flats.
I kept the place immaculate, and paid the rent early every month.
All I got for my loyalty was a rent increase from 450 to 550 a month for a substandard 1 bedroom flat at Cattedown.
And a leaking roof for 5 years.
Needless to say, I made the decision to walk away.

FacebookRight - we need your help people - this has gone on long enough. Ring Bradley's (Mutley) - talk to the Manager - Jon Pilkington on 01752 251251 or email them here: https://www.bradleys-estate-agents.co.uk/.../plymouth... about the appalling state my son David Cox is living in. Take a look at the pictures...I'll tell you the story below.David moved into his new house weeks ago now. It has been a fiasco from the beginning. They hadn't done an SOC so he was sat outside, with his furniture in the yard, waiting for someone to come do that the day he moved in. THEN when they open the door, they find the shower has leaked and the house is FLOODED! We're talking inches deep in water - downstairs is uninhabitable - but he still needs to move in - he has his furniture outside remember? They tell him they'll sort it. He moves all his furniture upstairs. SO, he's in a soaking wet house and the boiler is broken, so he has no heating! Has to leave the windows open - the conservatory leaks anyway. The carpet in the lounge and hall are DRENCHED - this stays like this for a couple of weeks until he manages to bully them into getting someone in to clean the carpets because by now the smell is unbearable - the damp is rising all through the house - he's catching water at the top of the stairs in a dehumidifier he buys himself! The guy comes in - does the carpets - but really, it doesn't help - they're still soaked. Despite lots of ringing and complaining - nothing has been done still - except they gave him a tiny little dehumidifier that he has to plug in (all on the electric bill?) that really isn't making much difference - the fight against the damp is ongoing - the tiles on the kitchen floor are lifting - water drips through light bulbs and the electric board is bare (as you can see) the toilet leaks and the doors don't shut anymore (expanded in the wet). I've told him to come home but he doesn't want to move away - he's 20 mins away from work where he is - he's an hour or two away here. So we need action - we need to get these people (he's paying nearly £700 a month for this property by the way!!!!) to DO something - move him to another property close by and get this wreck of a house ship-shape! Please please please call or email Mutley Bradley's and help my boy out (it can't be good for his physical and mental wellbeing can it?) - share far and wide please - let's see if we can get FB doing something useful on a personal level! Thank you . Samantha

Dear Mr White, we are sorry to hear this has happened, although we are not the owners of the property nor can dictate when an owner may need the property back for personal reasons, which looks to be the case in this instance. We do wish them all the best in finding a suitable new home, and helping wherever possible.

GoogleRefused to pass our offer to the seller because we didn't view the house (we didn't view it because they wouldn't fit us in, despite us saying all along we were looking to put an offer). However the video, pictures, plans and google maps were enough for us to decide, so who are you to say we are not really interested? We were even willing to go over the asking price as we were very keen on the location. So a deservice to both us prospective buyers and to the sellers, who may not have had the best offer on that property.
