GoogleA big shout out to Sam and Jeannette, I cannot fault the professionalism of the team. Our purchase became quite drawn out even though a very small chain. Very responsive and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Without their consistent involvement, the chain would have collapsed. A massive thank you to you all at Bradley’s Callington, fantastic team and we cannot recommend you highly enough!

GoogleWe were really happy with Bradleys level of service when selling our house. The house was well marketed with good photos and their advice on pricing meant an offer was received reasonably quickly and they kept us up to date with the sale progress regularly.

GoogleWe highly recommend Sam and the team in Bradleys Callington. The service we received was second to none. It took 16 weeks from accepting an offer to exchanging contracts and they never gave up on it. I don’t think we really know all the hardwork they put in behind the scenes, they never made a big drama or fuss out of anything. It certainly made our journey a lot easier and less stressful. GoogleKate at Bradley's helped me sell my late brother's house in St Thomas. They suggested using the auction route as it was non standard construction and I found the whole process simple and easy. While I didn't achieve what I had hoped for the property that was down to the market and type of construction. Bradleys know their stuff, recommending the way to sell and advising on likely prices. Helped me negotiate the final price for the auction and were always friendly, polite and professional. I would recommend Bradley's to anyone selling a house in the area.

GoogleI purchased a property through Bradley’s Estate Agents in St Thomas, and Katie and the whole team were amazing throughout the process. Katie kept me well informed and updated every step of the way. It was refreshing to deal with an estate agent who did exactly what they said they would do, chasing up calls and emails promptly and always coming back with an answer. Having used many estate agents over the years, I can honestly say that Katie and the team are by far the best I have dealt with. Their professionalism, communication, and dedication made the whole experience much smoother. Well done to Katie and the entire team, and thank you for all your help!

GoogleWe have had absolutely superb service from Tess at Bradleys. From the start through to completion Tess has been responsive and professional and was an absolute godsend when at the last minute things started to unravel lower down the chain (nothing to do with Bradleys). In fact I don't think its an overstatement to say without Tess’s consistent involvement our chain may have collapsed. I couldn't recommend Bradleys highly enough and have already given their contact details to friends and family. Thank you Tess, you are an absolute gem x

GoogleSent a email via rightmove on a rental property filled out the most detailed tenants form I've seen just to get a viewing heard nothing sent a email directly to the agents still nothing rang no answer with how quickly rental properties go in Exeter being completely ignored tells me everything i need to know

Dear Lewis, sorry to hear about your disappointment when expressing an interest in a property to rent. When completing the enquiry form, it does state at the end that if your details do not match the criteria of the property, you may not receive a call and to explore alternative properties. Whilst we know this isn't ideal, due to the vast number of enquiries for lettings properties, we cannot get to each enquiry. We are continuing to look at this and hope to continue to improve the process. We wish you every luck with your search.

GoogleA very poor service from Bradley's in Exmouth. I asked them to value a property in Exmouth marina,I told them to phone the tenant 1st Which they never did until I reminded them Less than 24hrs before visit.They then valued the property and promised to send me the details which they still haven't done it's been a week now. In-between I have got your move To go around and value it, within 4 days Your Move have valued the property and found a Tennant, I'm still waiting for Bradley's to Come back to me!

GoogleEvery now and then, you meet an estate agent who genuinely stands out, and Bailey-Louise George of Bradleys Estate Agents in Rolle Street, Exmouth, is definitely one of those people. From the moment we met her during two recent viewings, she was warm, upbeat, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to talk to. Bailey-Louise, together with Hannah, make a fantastic team. They both went above and beyond to support us; their professionalism and genuine commitment really made a lasting impression on us. Although we didn’t find the right property on this occasion, Bailey-Louise remained positive, encouraging, and fully committed to helping us continue the search for our forever home. We’re very grateful for all of her help and wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Bailey, Hannah, and the whole team. We wish them every success and all the very best for the future.

Their advice and support, from the initial valuation, through to the viewings, the negotiation and final sale process was invaluable. We were particularly impressed at the way the team kept us informed on a weekly basis and regardless of who we spoke to at any one time, they all knew the latest information. A real team effort and very much appreciated!
