GoogleWe first dealt with Bradleys Paignton when we bought our house through them last October and they were brilliant throughout. Debbie kept us updated at every stage and even went out of her way to help us get quotes for rubbish removal at the property. When we came to sell, we really wanted to use Bradleys again because of how good our previous experience had been. Their fees were a little higher than some other agents, so we did briefly look elsewhere, but after a poor experience with another local agent I went back to Debbie. I explained that we wanted to use Bradleys but needed the fees to make sense for the value of the property, she completely understood and convinced us to trust them with the sale. I’m very glad we did. Despite a difficult market, they booked more than 20 viewings in the first month and we sold very quickly (having to cancel some of the viewings). Thom was excellent during negotiations and actually achieved more for us than we had asked for. Communication throughout was brilliant, both Thom and Debbie were always helpful, responsive and easy to deal with. The property was presented really well online and, most importantly, they delivered exactly what they promised. The Paignton office is always really welcoming, unlike some other agents we visited when house hunting. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and have already recommend Debbie, Thom and the team.

GoogleWe honestly couldn’t recommend Bradley’s Estate Agents highly enough. Our move was certainly not the most straightforward, as between our family we had two properties that needed to be sold in order for us to secure the house we absolutely loved. It could have been a very stressful and complicated process, but the team at Bradley’s worked incredibly hard to make it happen. Emma in particular was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so helpful, reassuring and incredibly efficient, always keeping things moving and never making anything feel like too much trouble. We genuinely felt that she cared about our situation and was determined to help us get into our new home. Her communication, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made such a difference. We also want to thank Heleney, Kerry and Laura for all their help and support throughout the process. The whole team were friendly, approachable and professional. Thank you again for helping us get the home we loved. We genuinely couldn’t be happier and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bradley’s to anyone. ❤️

Google5 star service & such a professional agent. We sold and bought our new home through Josh and his team in the summer of this year, and we have had nothing short of a stress free, smooth journey. Our queries and requests were always listened to and acted on fast, and our home was sold in less than 2 weeks! During our selling process, we also had a small baby, which they really understood & fitted in viewings to suit us. The solicitors they advised us of was also amazing which has resulted in such a smooth journey! If we were ever to move again, we will be straight on the phone to them to help us again! They did everything and more that one would expect from an estate agent selling one's cottage. Their marketing and descriptions quickly brought in viewings and deftly handled buyers and their expectations, keeping me informed of every development, while following up enquiries. Selling my mum’s house was an emotional and sometimes challenging process, but the team at Bradley’s were friendly, professional and supportive throughout. Will never ever use this company and would never recommend them to anyone looking for a letting agent to manage their property. Completely and utterly unprofessional.
