GoogleWe honestly couldn’t recommend Bradleys enough. From start to finish, the whole experience of selling our home was brilliant.
A massive shout out in particular to Jack (COYS!), who was our agent throughout the process. He was so relatable, down to earth and just a genuinely lovely guy. By the end of it, we honestly felt like we were dealing with a friend rather than an estate agent! Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and the communication throughout was 10/10.
Clare and Jordan were also fab, stepping in and helping both Jack and us along the way whenever needed. The whole team just made what is normally a really stressful process feel so much easier.
Our house sold within 5 days of going on the market, and the photos and videos they arranged were amazing and presented our home beautifully. They'd even organised off market viewings, before it had even gone live.
We actually bought this same house through Bradleys back in 2020 and had a great experience with them then too, so it felt quite fitting that they were the ones to sell it for us as we move on to our next chapter.
Just a genuinely lovely bunch of people who are great at what they do. We’ve already recommended them to others and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. Thank you so much Jack, Clare, Jordan and everyone at Bradleys! ❤️

GoogleThey had since September to sell our property, which was first listed at their own valuation. Over the months, they repeatedly advised us to reduce the price, which we did three times.
We were out of contract with them from December, but still ended up stuck with them until 1st May. In that time, we had only three viewings, and we believe one of those may not have been genuine. It felt like they were just bringing anyone round to make it look as though they were doing something, including people who had not even sold their own property.
They have wasted valuable time when we could have been with a company that actually cared about selling our home. Now that we are going with another estate agent, they want £300 from us after seven months of poor service.
Avoid at all costs.

Dear Ralph & Hannah Mignano, we take all reviews seriously to ensure we evolve our service offering, so thank you. Our files show that we initially tested the market at a higher price, as requested by you, although we subsequently reduced the price in line with market conditions. We can also see there were various periods here where you requested we stop marketing the property, then commenced weeks/months later. All viewings are genuine; it would serve no purpose for them to be anything other than as we are too busy to 'make up' a viewer! We are sorry it wasn't successful on this occasion, and we wish you the best of luck. We tried to source you a buyer on and off for several months, and £300 towards our costs doesn't seem unreasonable to pay, as you were aware when you agreed the marketing terms at the outset.

GoogleFantastic Service! I was relocating to Somerset and the property was on the market with Bradleys. I met Freya at the property for a viewing, throughout which, she was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information.
I have moved around quite a lot and have never received such care and attention. I felt like I was top priority through the whole process. I was kept informed at every step and my questions were answered as soon as possible. All in all, exceptional service to which I am not generally accustomed!! And, when I collected the key I was most impressed to see a Bradleys metal house shaped keyring - such a thoughtful touch. Thank you to Freya and the whole team for providing a smooth and stress free new home purchase. As an aside, I used the recommended firm to do the conveyancing on my behalf. They were also extremely customer focused and their fees were very competitive.

GoogleClare is an absolute credit to Bradleys Taunton! Her friendly, smiley approach to customer service makes her a joy to interact with. As a first time buyer I didn't know what to expect, but from the first day I step through the doors at Bradleys to arrange a viewing for a property I had seen online, Clare made me feel welcome and listened it. Her attention to detail was fantastic on viewings remembering the things that were important to me from previous viewings. Nothing was too much trouble to find out answers or arrange another viewing. I never felt rushed whilst viewing either which I really appreciate as its a lot to take in as a first time buyer. Clare always made me aware of the latest properties they had coming to the market which actually fitted my specific criteria rather than just everything.

They made the process so uncomplicated, communicated well, which is not often the way when it comes to a house purchase in the UK. Fast forward to 5 years later when we looked to sell our house and move, it was a no-brainer to sell through Bradley's. And they did not disappoint.
