GoogleWe recently bought a house through Bradley’s (not by our own choice), and overall the experience left a lot to be desired. Initially, we enquired about a viewing, but due to limited staffing, we were told we’d have to wait a week, not ideal given how quickly properties were being snapped up. We ended up contacting the vendor directly to arrange an earlier viewing, which helped speed up the process. When we eventually had a viewing with Bradley’s, Amanda conducted it. During the viewing, we made an offer, but Amanda came across as quite standoffish and immediately demanded proof of deposit. This approach made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, especially as we were genuine buyers trying to move quickly. After our offer was accepted, we arranged a survey, which had been confirmed in advance with the Bradley’s team. Unfortunately, when the surveyor turned up at their office, nobody was there, an embarrassing situation that could have easily been avoided. He had to begin with an external survey while waiting to hear back from them. Later, when my wife spoke with Amanda about the incident, she responded with, “It’s done now, what do you want me to do about it?”, an unnecessarily rude and unprofessional comment. Overall, our experience with Amanda and the team at Bradley’s Saltash was disappointing. When it comes time to upsize, we’ll definitely be avoiding Bradley’s.

GoogleI highly recommend Bradleys Saltash. Iain, Tilly and Amanda are a fantastic team and communication is excellent. Viewings were handled brilliantly, and because they suggested a realistic price for my property it allowed for a reasonably quick sale without me having to lower my asking price, and I was therefore very happy with the result! Thank you so much for all your help and guidance!

As it’s our first home we need ed guidance on a lot of things and was always good knowing we could 100% rely on Bradley’s if we ever got stuck! GoogleI can heartily recommend Bradleys in Saltash, they handled the sale of my mothers house very efficiently. As I live abroad, communication was very important and the team at Bradleys kept me up to date throughout the whole sale process. I heeded Ian's advice and his valuation proved to be spot on. Unfortunately we lost the first buyer but more viewings were quickly arranged and a sale was agreed. Always friendly, upbeat and cheerful, great team.

GoogleFor nearly 9 months Bradleys Saltash had me trying to buy a house with no probate. Me and my husband were left sleeping on a mattress in my Dad's with no where to go and they still kept telling us that the process would be done soon. I have never been so stressed or felt as let down, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

They say Estate Agents are Seller’s friend, I say they are buyer’s friends too. I am very pleased with service. GoogleUpdate ; we collect our keys for our first home on Tuesday and the whole service from Bradley’s has been amazing! We have mainly dealt with Angela and she has been so amazing and helpful no matter what questions we have she is always there to help us and give any advice we need she has made a stressful experience so much better knowing she’s right there if we need to know anything or we need any help! GoogleI recently used Bradleys, Saltash to sell a property during lockdown. This should have proved an extremely difficult task , however the staff at Bradleys especially Iain Christie and Angela, were amazing. Their professional but friendly attitude ensured that the sale when through with the minimum amount of stress. They responded to telephone calls with minimum delay, contacted the solicitor when necessary and always kept me updated with regard to the progress of the sale. GoogleI can’t fault Bradleys estate agents in Saltash. They are friendly, helpful and very professional and work as a team. When I bought my property in Saltash 14 years ago, they acted as the estate agents that facilitated the purchase; when I rented that property a few years later, they were the managing agents; and when I finally came to sell, recently, they acted as the estate agents for the sale. I would absolutely recommend Bradleys and my thanks, especially to Angela, but also to Amanda and the rest of the team.
