GoogleBradleys are by far the best estate agents we have used - the reason we chose to market our house with Bradleys was after going along to view houses with them it was clear that they were on another level in terms of selling! We really loved how they 'sold' us parts we were worried about and were not afraid to give us perspective or ideas. The team have been VERY honest and responsive... always return calls and give great advice. Unfortunately we have not had this in the past from other agents and so are very pleased with the experience we have had with Bradleys. Definitely recommend them if you're looking to sell.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The photos where excellent and taken within a couple of days of us signing the contract The viewings where done in a professional manner with appointments set at various times to try to suit most people interested

GoogleFound a property for us that matches our brief. Business like but friendly in dealing with us and others - vendor, legals etc.. Would recommend going to Bradleys if you want to buy a property in Saltash

GoogleWe have had the most unfortunate experience of attempting to view a house with Bradley’s (Saltash) The house in question came on the market two days ago, yesterday we made arrangements to view it (speaking to a somewhat abrupt member of Bradley’s staff) Today we drove and hour in the dark and rain to view the house, only to be met at the house and, before we could even look at it, be told that we would have to complete in 28 days, nothing on the details about this, not told this yesterday on the phone That’s two hours of my life I won’t get back Appalling service, Bradley’s only interested in their commission, not the poor sods who are unfortunate enough to have their time (and fuel) wasted by their ineptitudeNegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleBradley’s at Saltash we’re professional responsive and kept us fully informed. We were advised to have a video done of our house which was a recommendation and sorted by Bradley’s, it was amazing and we felt contributed massively to the sale of the house, we had previously used two other estate agents with little response. Bradley’s marketing skills produced many viewings, considering this was a high end house we were impressed. Thank you to all the team we are very pleased.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe whole team , lead by Iain, we’re helpful and polite and their communication was excellent. I was kept up to date with all viewings , comments and offers in a timely manner. We had a several offers that didn’t come to fruition and before I was aware there was an issue new potential purchasers had been booked in. Once our purchaser was found the whole process went very smoothly and this was in no small way due to the professionalism of the whole team. Thank you for making a very stressful time much easier to cope with.

GoogleOverall our experience with selling with Bradley’s was great. They were professional when they came to do the valuation, they took COVID procedures very seriously and they were comparable with other estate agents on price. They did push the virtual viewing, something we were not interested it but we can see how it could be helpful when selling especially with COVID and reducing the number of unnecessary viewings. This would not deter me from recommending them for use as a selling agent.

GoogleA very professional service. We asked to view a property which in the end turned out to be unsuitable for us. The agent present at the viewing sat with us and discussed our needs in detail and then suggested we view a further property in …
