GoogleI sold my property through this agent: Outstanding service from Katie and her team at Bradleys in Cowick Street. I can not fault them in any way. They had constant communication streams and answered any query I had quickly and professionally. Fees are also very reasonable and they are worth every penny. My parents have also used them and found the same service. So they are consistent. I highly recommend them!!! Thanks for everything

FacebookVery disappointed. We viewed a house to let that said on the website ‘available from 9th December’ to currently being homeless over the Christmas period and still have no idea when the house is going to be available to move in to. Have called most days to speak to the move in team who seem annoyed at you for chasing them and rudely tell you it’s still not ready with no information on what’s being done or what needs to be done. When we went ahead with this house we very quickly gave £240 for fees and the information needed for references. It all went through very quickly. This was at the time the only thing in our knowledge that could hold up the move in . The house we are going to be renting has been empty since early November! I had a miscarriage two days ago, my poor dog is in kennels and all we wanted was to be in by Christmas. We will never use Bradley’s again

GoogleTook the money and ran. What should have been a pain free move took 3 horrendous weeks, during which time we were presented with nothing but shrugged shoulders and a "what can you do" mentality. As they work in market where demand far outstrips supply, they really have no interest in providing a service. They are just a deposit box in which to post money.

GoogleVery Bad. Booked a valuation Friday 21 Oct 2016 @ 1:30. The appointment as kept and both properties look at. Siam Wood said she would ring me at 3:00pm with the valuations. Its now 11:15 The following Tuesday still waiting. Phoned the Camborne office permanent answer phone. Did not leave a message as I only want to speak with the manager. FacebookVery much not impressed. Went to view a house to buy, we were a few minutes late as we have a 5 month old and the agent wasn't there. After a while minutes she turned up whilst we were on the phone to the office and told us she didn't have time to show us around. Even if we had turned up exactly on time we would have only been given 10 minutes or do to look through the house. 10 minutes to decide if we want to spend £165,000? I don't think so.

GoogleI would avoid from renting with this estate agent, they will tell you anything to get your money but as we found out they lie a lot. We are now facing expensive storage and accommodation fees. Speaking to the letting agent we are now going through have said we are not the first.
