GoogleExcellent estate agents, a first class service in every aspect. Extensive local knowledge, backed up by superb office team who will attend to all aspects of the sale, purchase or rental, nothing is too much trouble. We have bought and sold several times through this agent and cannot recommend them highly enough, especially as they are the most competitively priced to boot.

GoogleI can heartily recommend Bradleys in Saltash, they handled the sale of my mothers house very efficiently. As I live abroad, communication was very important and the team at Bradleys kept me up to date throughout the whole sale process. I heeded Ian's advice and his valuation proved to be spot on. Unfortunately we lost the first buyer but more viewings were quickly arranged and a sale was agreed. Always friendly, upbeat and cheerful, great team.

GoogleGreat experience with Bradley's, Exeter, who recently sold our house for us. There were many issues along the way, but Cathy's persistence and professionalism overcame them all. The team are always available and very helpful. Someone always came back to us in a timely manner if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend this company. GoogleDuring a protracted sale of a property near Newquay, it has always been comforting to know that Bradleys were there when I needed them, to give advice and supply their impressive professional input. It helped that they have efficient and friendly staff at their Newquay branch. For the record, I chose Bradleys because of their extensive coverage in the south-west and their excellent reputation. Everyone there was incredibly patient, especially Lydia, when our solicitor was useless (they will not be getting the same 5-star review). Nothing was ever too much trouble. Not planning to buy another house too soon, but if I do - I hope that the place I would like is being sold by Bradleys! Thank you so much.

Google⭐⭐⭐⭐ Constructive & Polished Friendly and enthusiastic estate agents who were supportive and communicative throughout our sale. We did run into some complications with the solicitors connected to the agency, which made parts of the process more stressful than expected, but the agents themselves remained helpful and responsive. Overall, we’re grateful for their assistance and so happy with the final result. Josh particularly was so helpful, and Katie was great too! Our previous estate agents, Complete, had the house on the market for almost a year, and although they were really friendly, we were getting nowhere. Bradleys had found a buyer within 6 weeks. Amazing!
