GoogleWe first contacted Bradley in early May 25 to view a property with Annabelle for which we put in an offer that was accepted, all proceeded well until early August when our buyers chain collapsed. We assumed we would lose our purchase, however with Sam and Annabelle's help and a patient seller we quickly found a new buyer which has resulted in us being able to proceed to purchase which completes this month, Nov, exceeding expectations. We can't thank Bradleys enough for their help in making this purchase work. Thanks again Sam and Annabelle. Derek.

GoogleSurvey for equity release carried out and the same arrogant rude man came. Despite having 7 surveys by other companies all who valued our property as £695,000 and it being recently put on the market for £735,000 your surveyor has for the second time valued our unique thatched house as £640,000. Trying to compare it with other properties not at all like ours is not a true valuation.

GoogleExcellent service from start to finish We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Bradleys Estate Agents in St Ives, Cornwall. From our first viewing to completion, the entire team was friendly, responsive, and really looked after us throughout. Ross showed us around the property and was extremely helpful with all our questions and enquiries - his help throughout the whole process was fantastic. Karen, our sales progressor, was brilliant at keeping us informed every step of the way and ensuring things kept moving forward smoothly. Jon, Emma, and Rebecca were all equally supportive throughout. We would definitely recommend Bradleys Estate Agents, St Ives to anyone looking to buy in the area.

GoogleVery disappointing experience with this agency. We first viewed the property in person, after being told that if we wished to apply, we should then submit our documents. Following the viewing, we applied and provided everything requested, including copies of our passports and completing all reference checks. Only at the very end of the process were we asked about our employment situation in the local area. Shortly after, we were told our application had been passed to the landlord, who then decided not to let to us. If having confirmed work in the area was a key requirement, this should have been made clear at the very start, before the viewing and before we spent a full week going through the process. Instead, we drove 8 hours round trip for the viewing and invested significant time and effort unnecessarily. We have never had issues paying rent on time, so this outcome feels unfair and like a complete waste of our time. The process showed poor communication and a lack of transparency.

GoogleThe team at Bradleys in Budleigh Salterton have helped us sell two properties of the last 18 months. It would be fair to say that the path hasn't been smooth, more through force of circumstance than anybody's fault but Robin, Jo and the rest of the staff have always been helpful, reassuring and there when you need them. Not sure what else you could ask from an estate agents? Would I recommend them to a friend? Absolutely!

GoogleI have to give a shout out to Emma H at Bradley's Plymstock - they were not even our agents for our home purchase- we were in a chain that was complicated and was taking a long time with people dragging their feet and too many 'cooks in the kitchen' so it was a bit of a circus- until emma stepped in. Bradley's represented one of the homes in the chain so when we went in to explain who we were she immediately offered to step in and be the one to try to move things along. And so she did! I am sure that we would not have completed on our home until much longer than we did if it wasnt for her. She made things happen and we really appreciated it! Emma is a star!

GoogleLaura, Heleney and Kerry at Bradleys Plymstock provided an excellent service in our recent property purchase. Relocating to Plymouth from Bristol was not an easy process as we only had short windows available for viewings, and we were keen on a quick sale and purchase but they were more than helpful in fitting us in. From the initial viewing, second viewing to completion they were very helpful and always on hand with any queries and in liaising with our sellers and solicitors. From listing our previous house to completion took around three months and we were pleased and impressed with the speedy and smooth process. Laura was always on hand and responded to queries helpfully and quickly. We would highly recommend Bradleys over some other local agents who were not as accommodating. Thank you to all the team!
