GoogleThe team at Bradley's have been amazing. They always acted professionally and promptly, were approachable and very responsive. Debbie was so kind and supportive throughout the whole process. She managed any issue with my best interests at heart and showed great problem solving and negotiation skills! Lorraine too, was great at the end, working as a team with Debbie to get the sale completed. I would 100% use Bradley's again and can throughly recommend the team in Paignton.

GoogleVery good experience of selling my property with Bradleys. I received good advice and sold within 2 weeks through an Open House. Good support when first buyer pulled out, Bradleys liaised with others who had viewed and, keeping me informed throughout, settled with another buyer. Team members have been approachable, supportive and friendly throughout. I couldn’t be happier.

GoogleBradleys handled the sale of our period house this year and we were extremely grateful for all of the work they put in to make it happen. The sale wasn't straightforward (not due to the agency), but the staff team were consistently reliable, efficient and persistent. We really appreciated their expertise and help. We dealt with quite a few other agencies when searching for a house to buy, and we would always now recommend Bradleys to anyone looking to sell.

GoogleI cannot praise Bradleys highly enough. Christian's valuation was spot on and he is a pleasure to work with, but he is backed up by such an expert team. I was promised good communication and team-wide understanding of my sale, and that's exactly what I got. No matter who I spoke to, they could help me or they got back to me with an answer promptly. Cathy is particularly brilliant: very customer focused with a comprehensive understanding of all the issues that arise and how to solve them. GoogleAs a family we have been very impressed with the professionalism and care shown by the staff at Bradleys during the house sale. We never felt pressured in any way, and we were kept in touch with progress at each stage of the process. Right from the initial visit, we knew we were in safe, capable hands. They listened to all our concerns and they agreed on an acceptable sale price which was achieved in good time. All house sales have stress attached to them and, when a home has been in a family for many years, there is an understandable emotional element too. The staff at Bradleys understood this, and they handled the whole process with thoughtfulness and competence throughout. We would heartily recommend them.

GoogleThe team at Bradley's Bovey Tracey are amazing! They are always kind, caring, respectful and professional, but also with a good dose of humour. What I appreciate a lot was that they were always being very truthful and honest, and so I feel I can completely trust them. GoogleWe have nothing but the highest praise for Tariq, Dan and Jodie. Our home sold in 48 hours due we are sure to their marketing skills backed up by a great video of the property. Three months later the sale fell through. No fault of Tariq and his team, just one of those things with a buyer changing their mind. You may have expected this to dampen the teams enthusiasm. Quite the reverse with huge effort by all the team to achieve the sale which they have. Well done to all and many thanks. I you want to sell a house we cannot recommend this team highly enough. GoogleBradleys Helston has been fantastic in general but Lydia has been our prime contact throughout this process. We cannot praise Lydia Catherall highly enough. She is warm, friendly, responsive, proactive, energetic and committed. Without her, we would not have been able to complete so smoothly. She came to hand over the keys to our new house on her day off, she has answered all our calls and emails and got things moving when it appeared the whole process had stalled. She even bought us a bag of cat treats for our cats on moving day which made them relaxed and happy. She truly goes above and beyond. She is a very special employee and a wonderful person. We can't wait to invite her to our housewarming party! Well done Lydia!

All viewings were carried out by a member of the team, who each took the time to get to know the property. Very customer-focused and highly professional, with good communication throughout. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
