Bradleys St. Ives - and Ben and John in particular - effected the sale of our bungalow in Carbis Bay shortly before Christmas. The whole process, from start to finish, lasted barely three months. We chose Bradleys in the first place, because their “package” seemed to us to be head-and-shoulders above those of other agents - and we were not disappointed. Everything which we were told would happen, happened exactly as we were told. In particular, to have seven viewings in less than a week from the property going on the market, and then the very first people to view the house making an offer over the asking-price, and proceeding to completion, was over and above our expectation. And when, shortly before completion, there was a slight wobble on the part of the buyers, it was the professionalism and skill of these two men which kept the sale on track, and brought it to completion. In addition to all this, we very much liked both men - they were smart, professional, business-like, kind - and they showed particular kindness and understanding to my elderly mother, whose bungalow it was. My mother shares with the rest of our family, the satisfaction we feel for what Bradleys delivered. We thank you, and we wish your company and your individual employees, continuing future success.

Emailed Mon 8th Aug for more info on a property, chased by calling Wed's 10th and on Fri 12th, on Fri 12th was told they couldn't find the info and someone was back from holiday on Mon so would get to me then. Didn't hear anything so chased Fri 19th and was told by Jade that someone would get back to me on Friday - didn't hear anything. Clicked on the appropriate link on their website to view a rental property. They send you a very detailed & unnecessarily invasive online form to complete. After several days, we heard nothing. Then we saw another property we'd like to view. Once again, they send you the form to complete as if you hadn't done it before & as if they didn't keep a record. Worse, it's from a NOREPLY email so there is no personalisation like many other estate agents.
