Booked a viewing normally, to then be told at 7pm the night before that there was not only an offer on the property, but that they exchanged that day. I saw a couple of houses advertised on Zoopla in the Callington/Liskeard area about 3/4 weeks ago so I sent an email via Zoopla. Was sent a reply email to full out an applications, which I did and had no replies. So after 3/4 days I try calling 3 times in a day and the phone just rings to an anwser phone. I then email through Zoopla and their website, no replies, now 2 weeks or so have passed and houses are still advertised. I sent viewing requests through the website and just get same automated email saying fill out a form, which I've done multiple times now. So last night I saw a live chat button on their website which I used, after some conversation I get asked for contact details and Someone called me back but said, sorry I work in sales you will need to call lettings in the morning. So this morning I call lettings, explain the situation and get told someone will call you back shortly, but did not ask for contact details, but I guess you must have them from all the application forms I've filled in. I have had no phone call, so I go back on the website and use the live chat, get told sorry for the delay, someone will call you very shortly. Still no phone call or replies to my emails or messages on Zoopla. If for some reason I don't meet your requirements then pleaae be professional enough to call or email and explain why I'm not meeting your requirements, or let me know what I need to change so I can. I feel I have wasted 3/4 weeks of my time trying to get an appointment to view a properties from you in which are in the ideal area for my needs. I can supply references from previous landlord who I've rented from for over 12 years now, I am ready to move, have no pets and a non smoker, I work full time, self employed and I earn over £4000 a month, I don't understand why your not replying to me or arranging a viewing of the houses I like, I can quite clearly afford the rent. I'm shocked and disappointed in the way I've been treated by your company. It is refreshing to know not all lettings agents treat people this way.NegativeProfessionalism

Update ; we collect our keys for our first home on Tuesday and the whole service from Bradley’s has been amazing! Refused to pass our offer to the seller because we didn't view the house (we didn't view it because they wouldn't fit us in, despite us saying all along we were looking to put an offer). However the video, pictures, plans and google maps were enough for us to decide, so who are you to say we are not really interested? We were even willing to go over the asking price as we were very keen on the location. So a deservice to both us prospective buyers and to the sellers, who may not have had the best offer on that property.

Called back a few minutes later to confirm, got different lady so left a message to confirm with her to pass on, but call me back if any problem. No show for valuation so wasted my time.
