GoogleAbsolutely brilliant!! Bradleys Taunton were absolutely brilliant. We can’t recommend them highly enough! They did a fantastic job of marketing our property. We had so much interest and so many great offers that we were spoilt for choice. Amazing. We got three valuations before choosing Bradleys. All were exactly the same, so we made our choice based on who we felt would sell our house best, and that was Ben from Bradleys Taunton. Ben, James and Josh all played a part in not only selling our house, but in keeping us calm and ensuring the buyers were happy throughout the whole process. It was always easy to get hold of them, they are professional, super responsive, helpful and enthusiastic. They all seem to love what they do; which really helps, not only to find buyers, but in ensuring the whole thing runs smoothly. We were very impressed. - Thank you Bradleys Taunton!!

GoogleWe didn't even use Bradleys as our selling agent- we moved across country and were buying the house that they were marketing. That said, Josh deserves a shout out for his professionalism and customer service that went above and beyond. We had some major issues in our chain (the people buying our house were incredibly difficult, disorganised and unresponsive, our estate agent was far too complacent and inexperienced, and our solicitor seemed to spend more time on holiday/out of office than doing their job!), there was a serious threat of us losing the house that we wanted as the sale was taking far too long. It was Josh who helped keep the whole thing together and was the only reason we managed to get this house that we love. He kept in good communication throughout, was always friendly and pleasant to talk to and honestly put everyone else to shame. We've only just moved here and it'll be a long while till we look to move, but when we do, it's almost a given that we'll be using Bradleys! Thanks guys!

GoogleThroughout the buying process, the continual contact and support from the Bradleys team was exceptional and helped to make the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible, even with a few unexpected delays along the way the process only took around 8 weeks from first viewing to exchange. Buying our first home meant learning a lot as we went along. Ben, James and Josh all played a huge part in making sure everything was as smooth as possible. They were always on hand to answer any questions we had and if they were unable to get to the phone I always had an email reply within 24 hours. Massive thank you to the Bradleys Team!

GoogleAsked them to keep me informed about a property search. When signing up I specifically requested to only hear about relevant properties and nothing else. Unfortunately, despite numerous emails and updating my preferences several times, they kept bombarding me with newsletters, searches with properties all over the south west and promotional emails about selling my house that I didn’t want. If they can’t respect my personal data preferences and requests from the outset, how can I trust them to do so with a house sale?!
