Although I didn't manage to find my property with Bradley's liskeard. Paige was so helpful and friendly, she made it such an enjoyable experience and I really appreciate all the effort she had put in for me and my family. If I find myself looking in the liskeard area again I wouldn't hesitate to contact Paige for her help. I couldn't recommend Paige enough for anyone looking to rent a property through Bradley's liskeard.

I have been thinking about selling my property in Bodmin and Paige at Bradleys, Liskeard was recommended to me for a Market Valuation. I got in touch and booked an appointment. Paige’s enthusiasm about all things property, her great local knowledge and advice are just a couple of the positive points I could make. Whilst it’s the early stages of my future plans Paige did not mind taking the time to talk things through with me. I look forward to getting my house on the market soon knowing it will be in the most capable hands.

I Will certainly provide details. I see no reason not to share them online but I'm sure you have your reasons for wanting me not to write them on the internet for others to see. 1) You took over 3 months to get your tenants gate fixed which left my propert and the one below ata ahightened security risk. 2)When advised that your tenants had erected equipment on my roof which is not weight baring you did nothing to rectify this and I had to speak to the tenants myself. 3)You are slow in responding to emails if you respond at all and when you do the responce is usualy borderline rude. 4)Even when you did eventually get the gate 'fixed' it was a bodge job and I beleive that it provides no security to my flat nor the one bellow. 5)I have never been offered an apology for the behaviour of the tenants when they were causing constant noise throughout the night. nor for the lack of responces and tardiness in your completion of work that both myself and the owners of the flat bellow me have received. 6) I have still not received money for the leak that was caused by your tenants which happened over a year ago now. I could go on but you are complete waste of time and I doubt this will change anything apart from hopefully discouraging some people from using you for anything in the future.

MY BEST TRADING EXPERIENCE EVERMost people are complaining about the pandemic disaster that they can not afford $5000 there is no job so I saw a review on investment tried it with $1,000 even though they are lower cost of investment. starting from the range of $500 but I got a multiplication of my funds to over $8,500 in a week. it's magical because I never believe until I gave it a trial that is why I need to recommend her. We had the pleasure of being shown around a property by Jasmine and what a delight! Really personable, professional and very informative of the property. She was respectful and safe with regards to social distancing and infection control and the communication after the viewing has been great too. All members of the team have been lovely to deal with but a special mention has to be given to Jasmine. Very unprofessional, myself and partner travelled 4 hours to vie a property, only to be phoned less than an hour before the viewing that it had been taken. Absolutely no honor in scheduled appointments. There are plenty of legitimate and professional estate agents, this is not one of them.

I purchased a property through Bradleys and Lisa and Lynn attended for the viewing, Their local knowledge was excellent and they were both upbeat and accommodating to any questions we had. They helped us with all aspects of the sale and liaised with the vendor and solicitor on our behalf. Thanks so much for being a great team, from the first contact to picking up the keys our experience was second to none. Would I recommend , Yes without hesitation.
