Firstly I would like to say a massive thank you to Bradley’s. This was my first experience selling a property and the team was very happy to help in all aspects of selling the property . The rates they charged on the sale of the property where fantastic. I could not have been happier with any other company the sale was fast efficient very knowledgeable warm and friendly staff you will not go wrong choosing Bradley’s. I had worked with Bradley's for the purchase of my house. So contacted them again for the sale of same house. Greg was really helpful and got me the price I wanted. He even followed up with the sellers and move the paperwork along quickly. Very professional and friendly service, wouldn't definitely recommend

The staff at Bradleys were all excellent. They replied to all answers really quickly and made the whole process of selling a house as smooth and easy as possible. I would highly recommend them to everyone and we will definitely be using them for all our properties in the future.

I predominantly dealt with Chloe Tonkin but had initially been corresponding with Dean Crocker; both of them were professional and responded in a timely manner to my enquiries. I particularly liked the regular updates from Chloe, who was always happy to chase up my enquiries and assist. I did try another local estate agent, prior to using Bradleys, but wished that I hadn't... I would have no reservations recommending Bradleys, or the 2 individuals that I have mentioned above, if you need to sell a property. Well done...

Most of my dealings were with Dean. I found both him and the others to be extremely helpful, professional, efficient, honest and easy to talk to. They soon had my house sold! I would highly recommend Bradley's to sell your property and should I ever move again I would definitely sell with Bradley's again.

Bought a house from Bradley's & if I ever move again I will use them , I was getting daily updates from Chloe at the Mutley Plain branch in plymouth which i thought was excellent. Can't recommend them enough.

I have been dealing with Dean Crocker throughout the sale of my property. He has been very helpful and responsive throughout what has been a challenging sale!! I have been kept informed at regular intervals and communication has been professional and well structured. He also recommended a legal team for me to sell through and they have been fantastic!

I have to thank the whole team at Bradley's for their support through my house sale. It turned into an 11 month nightmare, the first sale fell through after 6 months, but that's when Chloe came to my rescue! Chloe is the most professional, hard working person who supported me by constantly chasing both solicitors, the buyers, and the solar panel company. She kept me in the loop at all times with emails & phonecalls. I cannot praise her enough, she went above & beyond for me. I would highly recommend Bradley's to anyone wishing to buy or sell.

First home buying is stressful and confusing but the guys here really helped. There was a lot of issues that held up exchange but much of this was out of the agents control, however they endeavoured to get what needed to be done. Greg and Chloe are really responsive it’s clear that they work for the buyer not just the vendor. Would absolutely use again!
